Be careful shopping with Tommy Hilfiger!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Chat bot is awful. Agents don’t respond and not worth the hassle.
Tommy Hilfiger send their customers discounts for being a valued customer but then the customer can’t use them because of technical issues!!!
If you call the Tommy Hilfiger store they’re not able to help in any way either. Very disappointing and 1 is more than they deserve.

I have been unable to get in touch with Tommy Hilfiger customer service. They do not respond to emails, do not answer phone calls, and it is impossible to reach anyone. They also refuse to accept returns of defective products and do not issue refunds

I wouldn’t even give 1 star

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I ordered a coat on 22nd January. I needed it for walking my dog in rain and I’m currently undergoing cancer treatment and need to keep warm. TH have never answered my emails. I am unable to track item further than 27th Jan. TH chat bot just gives generic answers which are of no help and TH do not respond to emails. DHL the courier they use in Holland say they don’t recognise the Tracking number provided by them.

Placed order for a pair of jeans was…

Placed order for a pair of jeans was informed that there would be a delay and given a date to recieve jeans that was ok . Come to the expected due date no jeans or notification that they were shipped so I checked online as to status of my order .answer " order in progress" Contacted company via customer service. Only then a few hrs later "surprisingly" enough they were shipped no reason not even a sorry or apology from them or expected due date. Bad Form hence only 1 star

Amazing customer service on two…

Amazing customer service on two occasions in the last couple of days. I don’t write reviews often but the level of customer service I received was second to none and in this faced pace world we are living in, this I would like to acknowledge. I called in briefly on Sunday, to say the shop was beyond busy was an understatement. I asked a lady did she have a black beanie as this colour was not on display. She kindly said she would check warehouse and came back with one. I drove home to Limerick only finding out day later, all my fault, trying on two different size jackets bought the wrong size. I rang on Tuesday and was greeting by a very helpful pleasant lady called Helena. Helena checked if they still had my size but didn’t. She promised me she would call back and get the few jackets left in the warehouse checked. She text me back saying I was luck one was there. I text back that I would be there shortly as I was in the area at a meeting. When I went to check out I was blown away the fact that my jacket had been brought down by Helena herself. Check out was a pleasure, all staff so friendly chatty and friendly. You all great ambassadors for the Brand Tommy Hilfiger. Best Wishes

Coat not delivered

Ordered coat, sent DHL tracking number but it hasnt updated since i placed the order on 30/12/25. Have emailed 2 different email addresses on two seperate occasions and no reaponse. Very bad service from a big label brand, I'm shocked.

Customer Service is just awful

Customer Service is just awful. 0 stars if I could. Returned 2 coats, no refund after 4 weeks. No response to emails or web chat no answer on phones, they just don’t care! I will absolutely not purchase from them again.

I ordered a jacket for my son

I ordered a jacket for my son, the jacket came, the box was badly damaged and had been taped all over. The jacket inside had no tags on it, no plastic covering jacket, the jacket was wet along with the box and smelled bad. I tried contacting Tommy hilfigure through emails, chats, and even what’s app on their sight. No one replied! After weeks of this, I went through my PayPal account and they got in touch with the company, I got an email back, but when I replied to it, guess what, no one answered back.After along wait I got someone on a chat, only to be shut off the chat. I finally got someone else, I got the parcel sent back, waited a while and finally got my money back. They don’t think of their customers, I couldn’t afford to buy another jacket for my son, until I got the refund. They have no respect, once they have your money they don’t care, my son finally has a new warmer jacket, from another company. DO NOT BUY from this company because it’s not worth the stress you need to go through, if anything goes wrong.

I would rate 0 if I could

I would rate 0 if I could. Same as others in the thread, Order was placed on 1/12/2025 with an estimated delivery 3-5 days. No sign of order arriving. Tracker saying dispatched with no update collected by carrier. Two phone numbers for customer service do not ring and other option of email through live chat no response. Will never order online again with these. Disgraceful customer service. A simple reply with an update is all that was asked.

I made my order on the 30th November

I made my order on the 30th November. It’s now the 20th December. I have been trying to make contact for the last 5 days. Order still has not arrived. CUSTOMER SURPORT IS JOKE NO ONE GET BACK TO CHAT SERVICE IS A JOKE NOT WAITING 5 hours for someone to chat!!
INWANT A DULL REFUND TJERE WEBSITE SAYS 3 to 5 WORKING DAYS THIS IS AND ABSOLUTE LIE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! Nothing more
DO NOT ORDER OR BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY OFFER A SUBTANDARD SERVICE AND ARE SCAMMERS HIDING BEHIND AND BRAND

Customer service non existent

Order placed 1st of December, 3-5 working day delivery was stated. No sign of order 3 weeks later and no response from several webform queries to the company. Live chat has wait time of 1319 hours! Joke of a company with a complete lack of customer service, won't be ordering from them again

I bought an item from their online shop on the 1st December. I received an email a week later to say the item had been dispatched. The mail also gave a link to the DHL site. The information there hasn't changed since. "The shipment has left origin country"is all I can find there. No update since. I sent 2 emails to the Tommy Hilfiger Customer service but I got no reply. I tried using the chat; after being told that I would be transferred from the (useless) bot to an agent, I was told the waiting time was 1232 minutes (!) I tried and ring the number (in The Hague, at my considerable expense, as I am in Ireland) and I was told "waiting time would be over 10 minutes". After holding for half an hour I gave up. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Simply terrible!

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Customer service is basically nonexistent. I sent four emails and never received a response. I couldn’t get through to anyone by phone, and their online chat had me waiting for over an hour—only to then add another hour to the wait time. On top of that, I’ve been waiting more than two weeks for my delivery with no updates or communication. Extremely frustrating experience and not a company I would recommend.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Lost a Loyal Customer

I recently tried to purchase a jacket on sale at Tommy Hilfiger Ireland (around €189 during what I assume was a Black Friday offer). When I tried to check out, the website had a glitch that made it impossible to complete the purchase.

The next day, I filled out the email form on their website explaining the issue. Instead of a response, I only received an automated message telling me I had left an item in my shopping bag. By then, the discount was gone and the jacket was back to full price.

I tried using the website chat multiple times — every attempt had a 4+ hour wait, and I never received a reply. Days later, still no response to my message through their contact form either.

Today I finally managed to reach someone on chat (after waiting about 3 hours). The representative acknowledged the situation but said they couldn’t do anything. Conveniently, the “glitch” only happened while the item was discounted, and now that it’s full price again, everything works perfectly.

As a long-time Tommy Hilfiger customer, this whole experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of customer support and unwillingness to help has genuinely changed my view of the brand. I’ll definitely be looking at other brands like AX or Hugo from now on.
