Our kitten loves both the wet and dry food, she eats her entire bowl everytime! Would definitely recommend

I placed my order without any difficulties and was packed and delivered pretty quickly. Plus, my cat got a nice gift, so I really appreciate and recommend.

Order was processed quickly and included their famous cat surprise which is a much appreciated gesture. This litter is awesome, no smell at all and virtually no run off.

so it went fine, delivery was fast enough and my cats liked the supplies. i will buy more.

I hope more people know about this company because their products is excellent! I’m having my first pet ever, 6 month Scottish fold. Previous owner gave him purple coloured commercial cat food and supermarket ‘huismerk’ cat litter.
Then I gave this brand a try, i don’t think i can go back.
My cat loves the food but for me, the cat litter is the best one! the sand is a lot smaller compared to the huismerk making it easy to scoop, it clumps really good so i dont waste ‘clean sand’ and can pick up the dirty ones out. definitely will do the subscription box once this is running low!!

Super nutritious food, high quality litter, and above all the best customer service ever! I was running out of food for my cat because the banks were taking longer than expected to process payment, and they sent my food forward earlier so that I wouldn’t run out!

I find the product of good quality and like the fact that you can order monthly automatically. This is the best cat sand by far and the toy you get as a gift is a bonus. What I did not like was the emails after asking me to invest in the company. I did not sign up for marketing or to be approached to invest.

I regularly order wet food from Tommie the Cat and haven't had any issues. The food is good quality and the customer service is responsive and friendly. I love that they throw in a free cat toy with each delivery!

I ordered a set of chicken, turkey, and beef wet foods as well as a sample box. Kitty seems to really enjoy everything so far, so I will definitely be ordering from here again:)

Tommie the cat employees are very helpful with every question you may have. I never have to worry about running out of cat food now with the subscription I have.

edit 2: They asked in a comment here to provide proof as soon as I changed my review to one star. I sent photos and videos and they ignore me for over a month now. Horrible service, don’t ask for documentation of the dust from your client if you’re not even going to dignify it with a response.

Sadly I came back to edit my review to 1 star after one week of using the odorless Tommie litter, because I am genuinely worried!
-The non-tracking doesn't work as soon as the litter is a little bit used, it was great for 2 days only
- Now the litter sticks on my cat's feet, clumps between the toes and visibly bothering him
- I was already worried with the amount of dust, it was a horrible sign that I suffocate every time I empty the litterbox, but now I notice that my cat coughs and goes to drink water after using the litterbox, clearly it irritates his throat.

So unfortunately I had to throw away the whole thing, big money waste and extremely disappointing experience from a small company.

my original review after 2 days of use: very noticable difference when it comes to tracking and leaving grains around the house, this litter is the first i have experienced that left so little mess around!

nevertheless, unfortunately i still won’t be buying again, for two reasons: 1) the bag is delivered ripped, and i see it’s a common occurance. it makes it extremely difficult to fill the litterbox and store the leftover, top it off when needed. and this brings to the second reason: 2) the litter is extremely dusty, i have to put on a mask every time i empty the litterbox because from that simple scooping the dust is suffocating. this makes me worried for my cat’s health while using it.

Has something changed with the litter formula? We’ve noticed that it has become much dustier over the last while. Also, with our last two orders, the bags have completely torn / fallen apart, and the remaining litter (that hadn’t spilled out) could only be salvaged by transferring to a different container.
