Rowan and Jenna were extremely helpful…

Rowan and Jenna were extremely helpful with my issue. They were extremely responsive as all the right questions assisted me with giving them the information I needed to provide and quickly were able to come to a resolution that was extremely satisfying to me. Thanks to Antony. He is the best. I had issues with my baby bottles with a ton of questions. Antony was professional and very patient with me. He listened to my concerns one by one. He was very knowledgeable and able to resolve all of my issues. Tommee Tippee is the best and further more customer service is excellent. Thank you Antony and to Tommee Tippee as the Advanced Anti-Collic bottles saved my babies life.

When I learned they didn’t sell…

When I learned they didn’t sell replacement valves for the cups I use for my toddler I was surprised that they just offered to send me a few cups on them to make up for it! Now that is great customer service!

Amazing customer service

Very helpful

I worked with Antony and Jo after my son's straw cup needed a replacement piece. They both were kind and respectful in finding the right cup replacement that should be here soon.

I have contacted them or 8 times now…

I have contacted them or 8 times now and each time I ask for tracking a different person tells me the replacement hasn’t been placed but they will place it now and I should have tracking in 2-7 days … I wait the days and I get the same response …. So not only am I not receiving tracking . MULTIPLE PEOPLE are not helping me and send Ming a replacement .

If I could buy the part i need I would but they do not sell the part on their site

Responsive customer service!

I was searching for a piece to buy as I had lost the previous one. Jade was incredibly helpful, responded quickly, and was happy to send a replacement bottle since the piece was unavailable for purchase. I’m really happy with the service I received, thank you Jade!

After having some issues with my sons…

After having some issues with my sons pacifiers I reached out to tommee tippee and was connected to a lovely customer service representative Jade who helped sort my issues. Within 24hrs of messaging with my concerns I had a replacement sent out after sharing pictures of the items. 10/10 customer service!

When my now 13 year old was a baby

When my now 13 year old was a baby, Tommee Tippee was the only bottle he would drink from. We never had a problem with gas. We loved the whole product line.

Replacement Parts

I exchanged emails with a couple reps from Tommee Tippee regarding replacement valves for the sportee cups. Unfortunately they do not have just the valves or even just the lids to replace them. They were kind enough to send out an entire replacement cup. The majority of the emails were responded to promptly. Overall, im very satisfied with the outcome.

However, I would love to buy a bulk of the valves for the sportee cups. Tommee tippee should really consider selling them.

Amazing Customer Service

Sophie was extremely helpful when I mentioned that the flanges or horns on my automatic pump were a little too big for me. Right away, she was kind and understanding, gathering necessary information to send me a size that would fit me. Wonderful company! Thank you!

Problem solved

Spoke with Jo about a problem with an insulated cup. She was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Got problem resolved. Good customer service. Plus Jo had an amazing British accent. Will shop this company again.

Every little bit helps 😊

So I was looking for replacement valves for my son's sippy cups and couldn't find them anywhere. I reached out to customer service and found out that the company no longer sells the valves. I was disappointed but the customer service agent that I spoke to sent me a complimentary cup to help. I appreciate it because now I have 1 less cup to replace. Every little bit helps. Thanks to Rowan, Sam and Jenna. (I communicated through FB Messenger.)
