I contacted Tommee Tippee to see if they could send me two blue glow in the dark dummies as they are the only colour my son likes and the others make him gip/gag. Although they were unable to just send me two blue ones, they were really helpful and kind towards the situation.
It would be helpful if you sold all colours separately, especially for families with SEND children, however, the customer service I received was brilliant from Beth and Anthony

I spoke with Tayla about missing parts from my electric breast pump. This conversation was very helpful and Tayla quickly resolved the issue, offering to post the missing parts at no cost to myself.

I contacted customer services to see about replacement parts for some insulated bottles I have for my toddler who had bitter through a silicone straw. Their team was fantastic and have issued new bottled for us as they dont have that particular part as replacement. They had excellent communication. Honestly one of the best companies i've contacted for customer service.

Baby safety concerns brushed off
Bit shocked to be honest, contacted them about some perfect prep machines that were not warning when they needed cleaning, which is a serious health and safety issue in my opinion. The filter etc was keeping track no issue. In the end they told me that if the device ever lost power it would forget when it was cleaned so never remind you. Weird as the filter can seem to be tracked ok. Was assuming this was a bug but apparently they think it is working as designed even though it is not mentioned as an issue anywhere on the app or the manual , leading to people likely forgetting to clean the machine as often as needed, seems like a big miss on their part , assumed you could just track in the app , but was told that’s not an option and maybe I can stick a label to the machine to remind me when I last did it …..

It is recommended to clean your machine
-Before its first use and then every 30 days.
-If your machine hasn’t been used for 1 week or more.
-When replacing your filter.
-After a de-scaling cycle.
The machine will indicate that this needs to be cleaned by the water droplet symbol displaying an orange light. We understand that it may be difficult to keep track of the frequency this needs to be cleaned so we do recommend adding it to your calendar as a reminder.
We understand how frustrating it may be that the machine has not been notifying you of needing to complete a cleaning cycle. We would love to look further into this for you. One of our Parent-Care Specialists have reached out to you so that we can get this resolved for you and get you back to using this machine with ease.

We have a number of products from Tommee Tippee which we are delighted with for our newborn:
-The dream maker, which gives a soft red night light so I can see in the night / sleep comfortably and adjustable white noise volume
-the black out window sheet, does exactly what it says on the tin
-natural start bottles and dummy set which works flawlessly with the prefect prep machine
-Nappy bin and refills, couldn’t be without this item as it makes managing / disposal so easy

I bought a Tommee Tippee prepgo from…
I bought a Tommee Tippee prepgo from Smyths toys last week and after the first use it seemed to be faulty. I spoke to the AI assistant on the website who passed me over to Nick. Nick was incredibly helpful after listening to my issue and seeing a video of the fault, he immediately resolved this by sending me a new prepgo to replace the faulty one.
