30 Year Clothing Reviews 

This was my third order from Tom. The quality is first class and the fit is perfect. After several washes the first T-shirts I bought are as good now in shape and colour as when I first got them.
I would like to receive notice of dispatch,I nearly missed this last delivery.

The first thing to say is that I like my "Cridlands". I wear them a lot.. I have bought two 30 year sweatshirts and two 30 year tee-shirts. Also Cridland's returns policy is excellent. Unfortunately, I know this because I have had to use it. Both of my sweatshirts have had to be replaced. This is my problem - I bought these products because of the sustainability marketing pitch, however, the "30 year" claim is not supported by my experience. The cuffs fray, one of the sweatshirt shrunk badly, so they were replaced. But then the next problem was that the replacements were considerably lighter weight than the originals. The first two were substantial serious sweatshirts, the replacements seem more like lightweight office-wear.

The tee-shirts are now showing distinct signs of wear as are the replacement sweatshirts, so over the remaining 28 years of my guarantee period I expect to have frequent correspondence with Tom Cridland's returns department.

Really buy into the ethic of Tom Cridland. The products are sustainably manufactured to a high standard backed by the exceptional 30 year guarantee. The products are comfortable to wear. And there is great customer service from Deborah.

Simple and classic designs.

I bought a navy blue sweatshirt shortly after Tom started his company and after many washes it is still as good as new. I also bought his chinos but they were too skinny in the leg for me. I am slim built but play a lot of tennis! Hopefully, he will offer a more traditional cut before too long.

The best T-shirt I have ever owned. 5 years in and will probably make it to 25 if I do!

Purchased a pair from Tom Cridland a while back and the trousers haven't faded one bit and there is no wear or tear either. Fantastic quality and the perfect cut for my shape.

I love my man's Tom Cridland sweatshirt. And so does he. Especially so because I needed to invoke the 30 year guarantee shortly after buying it: I had messed up the sweatshirt by burning it with my iron (don't ask me how). I was devastated because I knew how much my man cared for the sweatshirt, and for what Tom Cridland stands for. But soon after contacting Tom Cridland I received a replacement sweatshirt, which my man continues to wear with pride.

Their sweatshirt is the best! Timeless design, and great material. Simple, but the best kind of simple. <3

I own 6 30 year t-shirts and I simply love them. They are the only t-shirts I wear. Perfect sleeves' size and material.

I bought a few items off the tom cridland site... the products are fantastic, but had to return a few items due to sizing... the folks at tom cridland were very responsive and receptive... the issue I had was the credit to my account took a bit longer than I had hoped but overall the service and products have been very good.

When I first heard about the sustainable concept by Tom Cridland I was thrilled, and I was so even more when I saw the classical and timeless design of the clothing. I bought t-shirts as well as sweatshirts and up to now I am more than satisfied. The quality seems to hold its promise. I would love to see Tom Cridland expanding its variety so - socks e.g.!

I bought one t-shirt from Tom Cridland in December, 2017. Unfortunately, it has a defect, which led me to return it (September, 2018).

The t-shirt is simple and well made, except for the defect. It's not very fashionable, which is a big positive for me. The material is soft and durable and should last quite a long time, although I seriously doubt it will last 30 years. But if it lasts only a couple of years, I'll be very happy.

The defect is on the seam where the label is sewn into the shirt. There is a hole in the t-shirt on the corner of the label.

It's not easy to get information on how to return a defective product. The website only has information regarding the return of orders. It took Tom Cridland three or four days to answer my email requesting information on how to return the shirt.

A representative asked me to send back the t-shirt for repair. I did so about a week ago. I hope that if they repair it, it doesn't look like a shirt that has been repaired. We'll see what happens.

I really like the t-shirt. In fact, I like it so much that I tried to order more t-shirts. Unfortunately, they seem to never have any Mediums in the colors I want in stock. Now I'll wait until they resolve my guaranty issue.

It's really difficult to find simple, quality t-shirts for a fair price, which is why I'm happy to have found Tom Cridland. If they handle my warranty issue well, I'll be a customer for a very long time.
