$1,852 paid, server offline within weeks

I paid $1,852 for a server from Tomattos. It was provisioned on 2025-12-17, but on 2026-01-09 it went offline and I could not access it anymore.

That’s less than a month of service, which is unacceptable for any serious hosting provider. The downtime affected my work and I lost valuable time dealing with this issue.

I have reached out to support, but the situation is still unresolved.
If you need stable hosting, I suggest you choose a more reliable provider.

Quite dodgy

An extremely dodgy company which is hosting a lot of customers involved in criminal activities such as copyright infringement. For example they are hosting such a notorious infringing site as mac-torrent-download.

At the moment our company is seeking legal action against Tomattos because they've ignored several DMCAs we've sent them.

So the best advice is to keep away from this hosting.
