A courtesy call which i very much appreciated, no question was too much. Emma was fantastic spending her time explaining everything to me in an understandable way and presenting all scenarios/options available whilst being very personable. A real credit to the company, really made me want to stick with Tom for insurance going forward.

The service was lightning-fast—Joseph reached out to me just five minutes after I submitted my initial request. From the start, he was incredibly professional yet brought a friendly, charismatic energy to a topic that usually gives me a lot of anxiety.
What I appreciated most was his honesty. Joseph clearly laid out every option available to me. Instead of pushing me toward the most expensive plan, he actually recommended a lower-cost option that he felt fit my needs. I eventually decided to opt for the highest cover myself for that extra peace of mind, but the fact that he wasn't "hard selling" me made the whole process feel much more authentic and trustworthy.
I now have total financial relief knowing my family is protected for the future. If you want someone who is quick, empathetic, and genuinely looks out for your best interests, Joseph is your man!

After searching on and off for 6 years now with multiple businesses which turned me down, I have finally been offered a life insurance policy with Tom, after speaking with Jake Phillips and going through all the questions I was told the news I have been waiting for "Yes we can offer you life insurance". Amazing service and a huge weight has now been lifted.

Tom team member Umesh Parkar was so informative, helpful and clear when I came to update my life insurance and critical illness cover. He took me through each step and explained in excellent detail each cover I wanted and I am so pleased to put that thought process to bed. I can now refocus on my life knowing I am covered. Fantastic experience all round, from the amazing help from James over the phone to the easy to use app and competitive price. TOM make it very easy to choose them over any of the competition and it comes down to great value and brilliant personable staff to make the sign up feel easy and welcoming. Can’t recommend enough.

Made a quote online and got a pretty fair price but wanted to speak to an agent to make sure everything was correct and I was covered for my children and step children.
