They blocked my account again when I collected enough points. No explanation what I did wrong, the same happened already second time during 2 months. Just scammers.
Last week I finally reached the 80000 points necessary for the €20 Amazon voucher I wanted, so I requested it. After a couple of days I got an email from them saying that they had cancelled my request (without any explanation) and put the points back.
When I tried to access my account, I realised that my credentials didn’t work anymore. What a coincidence, right? Initially I thought of some “glitch” in the system, so I hit the “forgot password” button and waited for the email for the password reset. But it never came!
I contacted customer service twice: the first time they replied (quickly, I must say), explaining me how to do a password reset, which I had already done and already told them in my first message. So, useless reply!
The second time they didn’t respond.
After reading the reviews of so many others, both here and on Pissedcustomer, I can say with confidence that Toluna regularly does this to avoid paying people.
After issues with Toluna site it was great to get help from a two very nice ladies who seem to read my mail and get problem sorted if things go wrong its good to know their is help thankyou Serena
