a total scam , dont waist u time for $10 reward in maybe 2 weeks
try since month to get my payout to my PayPal account
They dont like to send to my email address I provided
also the cancel my account for wrong doing , than they reopen ....
here my last email to this company ....an illegal thing...

I would like to get my reward payout on my PayPal account!!! how I mentioned this in my account !! I did payout before on this account !!!!! I do have records !!! so please dont tell me you cant do my payout !!
Also I see I have 31400 point in my Account. I try to do surveys but cant provide any info because I guess im blocked !!!

I completed a face cream tester research with Toluna more than 3 MONTHS AGO and still have not received the payment. No response to email enquiries either.

Absolutely disgusting.

Having used Toluna for many years, the service has seriously got bad over the last year. I have had to repeatably chase for the reward vouchers I have submitted. They use the same standard reply and will not escalate the issue when reported. I am currently waiting for reward vouchers that I submitted over two months ago. I do not have this issue with other survey companies who send the rewards on the day of submission to them

I have waited over 4 weeks for my e gift card.I will not be doing any more surveys until I get paid.Not happy.

Been waiting for a rewards for a month tried chat with little help I did read they can take up to 6 weeks which IMO is far to long. I'll keep waiting but don't hold out much hope. Ps also if you don't use points they get deleted which is a bit naff😡

I have waited 20 days so far for my rewards voucher and it is STILL processing. When I complained, I got the usual garbage reply from ZENDESK. Is it not about time TOLUNA-UK was shut down? Which branch of Government holds sway here? Trade and Industry or Digital Markets. I gave it 1* because you do not have 0*s

Toluna are very poor and untruthful in dealing with their client
Let you build up reward points, 100000+ in my case then close your account by saying you have breached there terms and conditions
Do not give you any feedback on what you have done wrong
Then get these reviews removed by saying they have sorted the problem,very deceitful and underhand
Be very wary on what you do as you will not be paid nor will you get an honest answer from them

Toluna is a scam! This survey site is a SCAM. Do not waste your valuable time on it. Just read the other reviews!

I’m a genuine survey taker with experience on four other reputable sites, and I’ve never had any issues—until I used Toluna. Once you collect enough points, they delete them all and refuse to pay. Their customer service is appalling—they coldly respond with, “Your points have been deleted permanently.”

I always take the time to read and answer each question honestly. But Toluna makes up nonsense excuses, deletes your points, blocks your account, and hides behind their “strict policy.”

Strict? Legit companies also have strict policies—but they’re honest and professional. The difference is, Toluna is not.

You’re scammers, plain and simple. I’m just relieved I’ll never have to deal with your site again!

i use toluna i earn pooints but when i reedem it it says processing its been 4 weeks,toluna isa fake theyonly give task for earning money they become rich i hate toluna and i dont recomed my family and friends about surveys fake thing only time waste,please give me my reward

Toluna is a scam. Don't register on this site. Toluna don't pay the necessary reward. It's either your account get banned or the reward is useless or both.

I spent many hours filling in surveys for Toluna and was on 180,000 points when they froze my account.
They said I had breached their terms & conditions without giving me any details!
They informed me that my credit points (worth about £30) would be forfeit.
I have asked how I can appeal this and what is their complaints procedure, but they won’t tell me.
Does anyone know how I can take this further.

I completed a survey of about 25 minutes only to be told that "I don't quite meet the profile" so didn't get any points.
I complained to Toluna and told them it was the last survey I did but they could not help.
It's not the first time something similar has happened so now I have no confidence in Toluna so have stopped.

Why have you removed Paypal reward. I don't want to plant a tree in Thailand or buy a Starbucks card. I want the money I have earned.

They have removed a huge amount of the rewards you can claim. In fact all of the ones I used to claim. Not happy.

I have to defend Toluna, I’ve been with them for many years and things have definitely improved. I had a problem with surveys a few days ago, reached out to them and got a response within 24 hours.
If I am not accepted on a survey I get some consolation points (unlike some other sites). There is a good choice of rewards, ok sometimes they go out of stock for a few days. My recent rewards arrived within a day. I generally get at least one £10 shopping voucher every week and in the current economic climate that is a help.
Hope this helps anyone who is not sure about trying Toluna.

I was very close to cash out £35 via paypal and I'm unable to my account I contact them few times but it doesn't help, I think it seems to be my account been closed .

Toluna deserve a 0 rating. Despite 21 days notice to get my reward they hae not paid but excuses. This site is fraud, I will report to our govt IT dept for them to be banned in oir country.

I am new to your site and have have done quite a few surveys to begin with,I have read lots of bad reviews and would like to ask if I get 190.000 points does that mean I will receive £35 to the uk?

This is an update to a previous review of Toluna. In summary, I had requested a $25 Amazon gift card on Aug 23, 2024. After two weeks I was abruptly told the transaction had been cancelled and my points credited back to my account. No explanation given at all. I then requested to cash out my points for cash to PayPal. It was around that time that my password stopped working. Toluna first gave me the runaround with "clear your cache, refresh, etc." Then they stated I had acted fraudulently and they were keeping the money. Really? To top things off, out of the blue Sept 19th I get an email from Toluna saying the transaction had been cancelled again but the points were credited back to my account and they "hope to see you soon." I'm not sure what they're responding to now because I see them for the scam they are and have not wasted my time with them. It does sadden me though because I took their surveys for about 2 years and thought they had integrity.
