I had a horrible experience with a solicitor called Jonathan as he failed to check the fire safety issue which resulted my mortgage being declined. They charge thousands of pounds for the absolutely crap service so please don't use them. I lost thousands of pounds for nothing. I can show you evidence if you need before you think about using them.
