First impression is wrong - they are fake

Well I found toki along with other payroll providers and thought Toki would be one of the best one in terms of pricing, simplicity and overall friendly UI of their platform but it was just first impression.

We signed up, explain the our business (regular e-commerce business) and explained that we need independent contractor service and pay vendors, after asking necessary questions for us and receiving their answer , we asked to proceed with KYB and let us know what would be the process where they replied “we are not right fit for you business at this time”.

It would be really great if you guys just disclose with what type business you work and not work.

Despite having old company which have been working around 5 years, having not very huge team like normal e-commerce store they still didn’t even asked single question nor got any extra information from us.

If you guys can simply waste company owners time, then provide necessary requirements and asking your potential customers in advance so they won’t be just emailing. Not serious at all. Many payroll providers have accepted us and we have been working with every single of them without any issue this company thinks they are something, how can you know if company fits you if you did not asked single question?

I am pretty sure bunch of people will read and will decide either to move forward with you guys or not.
