Bullshit company, I wanted to become an intern, 1st round interview then they ask me to build a full crypto analysis report, spent days on it, never got an answer, I sent countless emails and never got any answer back. The internship was UNPAID by the way. Heard people lost a lot throughout believing in their “analysis”, the cryptos they made me analyse, I knew they were shitcoins. Anyways, bullshit company, bullshit CEO, scammers, no respect for the people they hire. Avoid it at all cost. Sincerely

I signed up to their platform and it was good, then I guess it was not profitable so they changed the model to something completely different, ok that's fine I get it. but now I can't log in, there is no log in, click customer support link - sends to - enter your email, join waitlist. I want my money back. Been here trying for at least a month now.

Awful! The bot doesn't even work. I'd high suggest you dont waste your money. It's a complete waste.

I made a transaction in December, what a disappointment it was that i had to report to EPF CAPITAL PLC since they stopped responding to my emails and my phone calls.

I bought there own token and i had to find out it was a pump and dump scheme. The token went up like crazy and got crashed in matter of hours and few days

The main feature of this website it the trading grades, and they give two different values for the grades on their screen page and the individual token page. The ratings screener also displays incorrect mcap, volume, and price data and has been doing so for weeks. I used this to try and make some decisions only to find later that it was broken the whole time. Glad I didn't give it more credit. Just hard pass on this junk.

fake project with bought followers on twitter, all your followers look like bots or random users. i used the platform for a month, i can get same insights by connecting news sources and chart so openai API. . it's not worth the money, build credibility, not fake followers..

One of the worst experiences with a user interface, the website is not updated or loads correctly, No matter the broadband, wifi or fiber optic connection. In multiple browsers it does not work either. It is a disaster since it is inoperable and unusable. "500 error".

Charging for a membership of more than $ 399 a year for an advanced plan, really a real application crap. Developers and IT team should be ashamed to have such a malfunctioning website and application, the company offering such a mediocre service should refrain from delivering such crap to the general public. Regardless of being a great technical analysis tool in market graphics for cryptocurrencies, with a lot of potential I am sure, it is a truly incredible that they do not even have the folly to give an application that even works and loads correctly due to the enormous price they charge their users. Actually a fibonachi scale is more useful than the crappy predictions your AI makes. Sure to charge in a hurry, but to give a working application, reverend shit.

Point by part, when the application manages to miraculously load in the browser, some icons do not work, do not appear or simply display incorrectly. Browsing within the website is an ordeal, the same pop-up windows stop working or the redirect inside windows fails, returning to the same load window.

Long time customer on tokenmetrics...

Very disapointed by the changed made, i join another customer to say that you have nothing until you pay more.

It's not them that improve the solution, it's you that pay more for some rare things working sometimes correctly.
Be aware of that, i did the experience with the API, some work, meaning they display something not that ratio and everything are pure truth.
Many are bugged like the IA report analysis showing always the same datas for some indicators, no improvement, no one noticed it. Same on the market movers chart, the guy who display that on api is a genius, it's basically a chart with points represanting the coins movers...but no coins names...pure genius. And i adviced them about that last year...

Also support is yeah...go on discord but to access discord pay first...^^
Hopefully with advanced plan 400$ a year you can access support!
