No planning or execution, I booked my proposal date and they forgot to arrange for the photos they had promised. The text written was wrong. Photos and videos were subpar, they mentioned that there will be an experienced photographer and charged a premium for the same but there was a child taking photos. They lied about the camera person charges, the person was charging less but they charged me more....
Overall never choose this service for your special moments.

TogetherV is worst. Staff behaviour is very poor. They even dont know how to talk and response people. Agar aplogo ko order milte hai na uska respect kiya kro aur usi according kam v kiya kro.. Hum v krte hai job. But Mujhe lgat hai aplogo ko ata hi nhi kaise kiya krna hota hai. Maine parsho kiya tha ek E love letter. Woh v unko time se nhi hota. Unlogo ke taraf se response nam ka kyi v chz nhi hai..Upar se phn krti hu toh baatei sunate hai. whatsapp pr msg jarur krte hai. pr ye bol nhi sakte ki maam ap apna details mail kro..woh tab bolta hai jb mai khud puchti hu. Aplogo ko agar customer se behave krna nhi ata hai na.. fir stop kro service..

They are big scammers and they take full amount n than do worst service .
They are spoilers of ur special day .

Beware of this faltu company, they charge heavy n don't deliver.

Pathetic experience talking to the person in charge. Very arrogant. For every query you have he had standard answer "it will be same as in picture, and you can check google reviews.." Cant trust and disconnected the call. Very bad customer dealing

Highly unprofessional.
I booked 10 am to 2 pm slot.
No one called me. I contacted several times on their whatsapp chat support. But there was not a single contact number provided by staff./
At 1 PM some lady picked up my phone and she replied quite rudely.
They sent someone at 2:10 PM who reached my place at 2:30 PM. They really made me sweat.
I will never recommend this pathetic company who does not respect people's time. Such a stigma !
Improve guys ! You took money and gave such a pathetic service. Pity on you.

This is the most unprofessional and bogus online platform. For Ganapati decoration we paid full charges (per-booked the service) for Rs. 7500. When their vendors came they took extra 600 for putting white cloth as a screen. On their website the description clearly state that the white cloth is inclusive of Rs.7500. On the day the vendors came they simply said they will not be able to put up any screen if the amount is not paid. We did so otherwise our festival would have been ruined of course. Together V shamelessly tried to shift the blame to us, their customers, and instead of apologising for their mistake blamed us for not telling them the same day. Even a small pan shop owner is more aware of the way a customer must be treated. These guys are scammers and are totally looting customers of their money by blackmailing them into paying extra and then blaming the customers for the same! There is a 10 day time frame within which they are responsible for not only listening to the grievance of the customer but also resolving their issues. If they keep going at this rate (which they will) they will surely shut down soon. Hopefully customers don’t waste their money on their services.

I wanna rate them negative, but there r no options. Extremely unprofessional. All fake reviews on website. No information about . At time of order they will call you then they will not pick up the call only. They will reply with rude behavior wait, we delivered it .... Very BAD!!!! No one should order from here

I have to give 1 star otherwise want to give negatives. Extremely unprofessional, unethical behaviour, fake positive reviews and promises, complete waste of money.

I booked them for romantic dinner which has supposed to be at 9 pm.
They messed all up.not arranged, full of chaos. Never forgive them and they will definetely take curse from many.

Total mismanagement and chaos. I booked an event Open Romantic dining for couple for night 9 to 11 PM in Pune. The website deducted the amount 6250. Later I get a call that the site is not available. I asked if it is available for tomorrow. It was not. They asked me to reschedule, I asked for a refund. They denied plainly, when their website should have consulted inventory before booking. Nonetheless, I took an alternative event for lesser price for day after that. Guess what, I confirmed with their operations person at 6 PM (when the booking is of 9PM), he said it's on. And i get a call at 7 PM from other operations person that this option of pool side dinner is also not available.
Imagine planning this out for your girlfriend, and instead of giving her a surprise, you give the worst experience. Total mismanagement and chaos. Book through these craps only if you have no other better way of breaking up with your partner.

I recently booked one candle light dinner through Togetherv, I would say they made and planned everything perfectly. It was a memorable date with my fiancee, thank you togetherv. I will surely recommend this site to everyone .

Most terrible experience. They ruined once in life time 50th birthday celebration by delivering late, only partially decorating and poor, worst customer service... Never using them again, be aware!!

one of the worst exp i had in recent times. this company ruined my mom's bday celebration. even when the payment was done, Parul (staff) working there confirmed, they havenot recvd. the guy came to decorate house came very late, he made the house look funny, decorated in the worst possible way, denied proper decoration, left half way, the best was cake i booked never reached. lady mentioned cake is reaching, but it never reached. they are not even returning the amount. you can take service from them only if you wish to serve the company as a favour/charity. else your entire event will be ruined by them.
