My wife and I have been buying clothing from TOG 24 for a few years now and whilst I am sure it is made in countries all around the globe, the quality is generally very good.
I must admit that we do buy a lot of our gear when the Sales are on but that is what they are there for.
Their delivery is always very quick and on the odd occasion that we have had to return something, there are no quibbles and an immediate refund or exchange.
They have a good range of quality clothing for most tastes and budgets.
I totally recommend them and will be continuing to use their excellent service.

Brought a coat from TOG24 it’s a year old 21st Jan this year… the zip of the pocket has broke last week. Emailed them as it’s under warranty for a year. But all they’ve are offering is repairing the coat but that means I have to post it off & it’ll take 10 days to repair from when they get the coat. They offered me £15 for me to get it repaired which I’ve been quoted £30 but they are busy and can’t do it yet!!

What do I bloody do send it off & be cold!! What am I supposed to do for football. Being a footie mum you know how bloody cold it is standing & watching!! I don’t have any other warm coat!!

Previous quality of several items has been great , including 3 pairs of joggers and I have been a repeat purchaser. On Black Friday I ordered another pair of joggers absolutely identical to a pair I already had. I put both pairs side by side but stupidly didn’t try them on, I didn’t think it was necessary. Big mistake! A few weeks later when I did put them on they were cut like hipsters, sat below my waist and when I bent over or sat down they hung low and a great expanse of my knickers was visible. Obviously very uncomfortable too. I took this up with customer service who appeared extremely helpful and sent a link to print out a returns label. I had already asked for a replacement pair. A few days later I received a standard email informing me of a refund minus the cost of return postage! Cheap skate! Was it worth losing a customer over?! Purchased a replacement pair of joggers elsewhere!

We bought a couple of items from Tog24 in the last 18 months to 2 years, they have been worn around half a dozen times as they were only warn in the winter among various other coats and jackets we have. The zips almost simultaneously failed on both items. I assumed it would be clear this is a manufacturing issue as it is very coincidental that it happened on the same brand of items, not on any other coat we own. When I spoke with Tog24 they essentially just pointed us back to their paid for zip replacement service. Rather than take responsibility for a defective product. We have coats from several other brands where the zip has never been issue. I would avoid a costly mistake and buy elsewhere.

Update:- Unfortunately, TOG24's response is precisely the behaviour I am disappointed in. Two separate zips on two of their items fail at the same time. I also made it clear these had only been worn a handful of times. Clearly TOG24 do not stand behind the quality of their own items. Hence I would avoid buying their in future. They seem to be very poor quality items.

Update:- 4/1/2026 - Over Christmas, I met with my sister in law, who mentioned in passing that her Tog24 gilet also has a failed zip. This was about 18 months old, so that is a total of 3 items. At this point it seems inconceivable that this is not a manufacturing problem and that Tog24 are unaware of it.

Ordered a black coat which was described as black, looked black in the pictures, came with a black label on. However in the flesh and worn outside the coat looks blue and not black! Sent them an email with pictures and they basically said the coat is black we dont do it in blue is that all? Not very helpful at all. Left a review on the website to say its not black its more blue than black and it was removed. I replied to their email but it seems like they have closed down my enquiry as I have received an email asking to rate my experience. They are normally good and never had a problem, but I wont use again im afraid.

I had a slight issue with my order which was completely my fault. The customer service team were easily accessible (unlike so many online retailers) and went above and beyond to help me quickly and efficiently. I've bought a number of products from this company and found them to be high quality and good value. This was the first time that customer service was tested and they were great. Highly recommended.

Both staff members helped me access the Tog24 rewards. The lady who served me was very helpful at the Mc Arthur Glen store. I find their winter wear keeps me toasty and the waterproofs are perfect. Many thanks.

Shopped in your Keswick branch today 28.11.25. I have bought a few warm coats in the past and have always been pleased with the quality. The two female staff working today were very helpful and friendly and I left the shop with my new warm coat a happy customer. Thank you.

Coat had a fault on one arm stitching was missing and other arm looked like it had been caught on something, really annoying as I ordered it online as shop doesn’t stock the colour I’ve paid £3.95 delivery and returned it to store for a refund but you don’t get delivery charge back so to order it again is going to cost delivery again which is unfair when it wasn’t my fault the coat was faulty in the first place
