A life saver!
I got Montessori Busy board for my three grand-children who where coming to visit to gift it to them for the trip back on the plane. While here, the 2 year old was rushed to hospital and i handed it over to my son as he was getting out the door. I got a message from the hospital: A life saver!

Our Busy Book from Toddla is such a great addition to our toys! My girls have not stopped playing with it, particularly the threading, puzzles and alphabet! The product is really great quality and the service has been great!

This thing is worthless
This thing is worthless. Get a cheap Chinese version of your contemplating it. Wayyyy too expensive for crap. Puzzle pieces are together and I had to individually cut with scissors to make them look decent. Quality is just not there.

First time mom here , my 8 1/2 month old son absolutely loves this busy book, the pages are zipper removable so you can leave your little one with it while you go do something quick in the house , and take out the pages that they might not be ready for yet. I highly recommend this.!

Busy board plus
Great Busy Board. Got the plus and loved the option to remove pages so I can save something new for later. My daughter enjoys playing with it and discovering new things on each page. So far, hours of playtime.
The two only cons are that some plastic buckles had sharp edges, and I had to sand them down to avoid the risk of cuts, so check this before giving it to your child. Also, I'm pretty sure that I didn't subscribe to any email option, but I get constant emails from them.
Other than that, great product. Just check those plastic bits.

It's definitely a keeper!!
My order arrived and after a quick examination to be sure it was safe , I gave it to my 8 month old great granddaughter. She immediately started exploring the different activities . She played with it for an hour before bed , just babbling as she chewed on it & tugged on it . In fact she played with the hands on the clock face for 15 minutes.
She finds it fascinating and I find it to be a well made toy that keeps her busy as she plays . She has no idea as she is playing, that she is learning new skills & textures. I love that it's a toy that keeps her entertained .
This is definitely a keeper !

I ordered a product and after two months I have still not receive my order. I reached out via email six times and was constantly told we will solve this in the next 48 hours to which I waited days on end. Customer service was terrible, I spent over $100 and I still have not received the items nor have I gotten a refund. I would never buy from this company again!

We contacted all affected customers around three weeks ago, including you, with the option of either a replacement or a full refund. We were awaiting your reply confirming which option you preferred.
We have now resent the email, so please check your inbox and junk folder and respond with your preferred resolution. Once we receive your confirmation, we can proceed accordingly.

Ability to return a damaged item
One of the booklets I ordered was damaged. The sewing had missed the page. I contacted the customer service email at least four times. I sent pictures of the item. I tried several times to get help from them, but nothing. Ultimately they said they got my emails, but their return emails to me didn’t seem to go through. Because of this difficulty to return the item and get my money back, I will never order from this company again.
I just checked and rechecked my spam and emails for something from your company giving me instructions on how to return my damaged item. There is nothing. Knowing I would need to pay return postage makes this whole process not worth the effort anymore.

After checking your order, we can confirm that the Standard version was selected. This includes one double-sided zip-in activity insert, while the Plus version includes three double-sided inserts for a wider variety of activities.
We completely understand that you were hoping for more pages to keep your nearly two-year-old granddaughter entertained. We’re currently working on making additional pages available to purchase separately, though they are not yet available.
