Horrible company. They scam people out of their money by sending fake she’s wrapped and plastic then claim some nonsense about covid when I asked the about the box before I order. Also found out why they don’t accept PayPal.The shoes come from China not England. If you wanna waste your money shop here. They are rude and nasty them block you on every possible platform. Please report company as a scam to the government to get it shutdown. I’ve filed my complaint they are pathetic. Now they responding under Pet Smart smh.

I purchased a Nike sneakers, thinking this is a legit website because They claimed the store is located in London. But that’s not true !!!
When I received the sneakers, the package was shipped from China!!, the sneakers weren’t even in a box!! It was a plastic bag with an awful smell. The quality is really bad, it doesn’t worth the price at all.
A typical Made in China Quality !!

They shipped me the wrong shoes. Refused to allow me to exchange or get a refund. They blocked me on IG & stopped responding to my email.

The WORST!!!! Its almost a month and have not received my order and customer service has not reply to my emails. Paid extra for fedex fast shipping which is no point of getting. WEBSITE did not mention of their products being out of stock or that it was going to take more than a month to get your order!.Will never ever purchase from this website again!! No I did not get free shipping I paid extra 19 dollars for Fedex shipping just how it states in your policy. Its a month and my order is still in china. Now you call me and harass me that I need to take down this review or I wont get my refund back for the shipping!? What kind of business are running threatening your customers!

Amazing...just amazing, customer service was very helpful, there selection of shoes are phenomenal and my ordered arrived earlier than scheduled. Will order from them again!

I received my package, it was wrapped really well to avoid damaged. Will be ordering again soon.

I did receive my package but it was 6 days late. I paid for FedEx priority shipping (which should’ve included shipping in 4-6 days). I was told it was high volume but I still paid extra for that expedited shipping which is a bit frustrating.

Customer service has been very helpful. I got my order on time. The sneakers are authentic I will recommend it to anyone.

The order came quick. I didn't expect It to be so fast. The quality is original.
