I ordered six heated vests but only received four. The four I received were of great quality and worked very well for my daughters and friends. I emailed Toastybody to let them know that I was missing two vests and after some communication, they shipped the two vests right out. Customer service was awesome and the product works great.

I have chest issues…
I have chest issues and cannot afford to get cold. As I do a lot of outdoor activities, I needed something to keep me warm whilst sitting for long periods. After spending some time searching, I bought a base layer from Toastybody along with a power bank, which you plug into the base layer. What a difference this base layer has made to my well-being. Easy to use, and settings can be adjusted three times. Will NOT be without.

Jacket and battery came in on time for my trip, jacket is very warm and heated feature almost makes it too warm for me which is a new issue that I love. The only thing is that some threads are beginning to come loose already, that could be because I only washed the jacket separately on delicate instead of in a laundry bag but that's okay.

Buyer beware if you request a refund.
I ordered the heated base layers set in medium, large hoodie, and 3 power banks. Shipment arrived in about 2 weeks with the base layers missing. I contacted customer support and they sent the missing items. Base layer top was too small, probably needed XL and battery only lasted 3hr 20min on the hoodie. I requested a refund on their site within the 30 days that they advertise and here came something iv never had to deal with on a refund. They first offered 100% STORE credit and no need to return items, I said no, then 50% cash back n 50% store credit, I again said no. Got sick of NEGOTIATING a refund % and said give me 85% back to original payment method n that will resolve this issue. They came back and said 80% cash back n 20% STORE credit. I accepted and received email next day saying upon further review ur refund request was beyond 30 days so no refund. I replied with you guys are full of shit and definitely not an honest company, I have every email and document saved, I'll take you to small claims court if I have to. They responded and said yes you are correct on the time line we will refund 80% n 20% credit. What a joke this company is trying to get your actual money back. They did send another set of base layers i didn't ask for, unfortunately they are the same size I said was too small.

The jacket is fashionable and form fitting, I purchased this for my wife who is more on the petit size and struggles to keep warm in the winter. Even without the heat on, she found this jacket to be quiet warm. She uses the heat while outside in below freezing temps and is perfectly warm. However, she has mentioned that the battery gets very hot and she fears spontaneous combustion while wearing it. Because of this, she uses it much less than she would like.

My husband was complaining how cold he was golfing so I ordered the vest and battery. He loves it!! He has barely taken it off, he wears it everywhere and tells everyone about it. Fantastic quality
Very quick postage and packed well, hoodie was as described, very good quality, it is idea coming home from work whilst waiting for the car to warm up, keeps me toasty. I will be taking the hoodie to the isle of wight festival for those chilli evenings.

Loved the heated pants. I ordered a small based on the measurements provided. They were a little short but I wore them with boots so no worries. They kept me warm & toasty during an NFL game!

After 3 weeks still waiting for my Battery delivery, their stuff is shipped direct from China and I would suspect they are a Chinese company. Customer service is shocking. Asked for a delivery date and I’ll I get from them is it’s in transit - from the shipping tracker it’s been at customs UK for the last 10 days.
