2025 New Professional Drone

The drone was not as advertised, the control app did not work, and the controller was intermittent and clunky to operate. Not a professional drone at all; more of a kid's toy.
I contacted the seller and asked for a return and refund. Again, their stated policy was to offer a replacement or refund. They did neither; first offering a discount on a future purchase. When I protested, they offered a 10% refund. When I protested again, they offered only a 15% refund. None of the 3 offers were anywhere close to their stated return policy.
I offered the company a chance to writer their own review based on the facts, giving them the chance to explain and to not blindside them with a poor review. They did not respond.
In closing, do NOT purchase from this company under any circumstances. Their products are kid's toys and they do not stand by their products.
