Deliver it yourself!!

After a previous failed pick up the company that I was returning a gearbox to, organised the pick up and delivery.
I had to phone the garage to find out if gearbox had been picked up, nothing from TNT. The tracking did eventually show it had been picked up but that is as far as it goes.
I will have to phone gearbox company to find out if it was delivered, two weeks after it should have arrived.
Nothing but hassle. Let’s see if a name change makes any difference!!

Delivered to different county.

Awful company, expecting a delivery before midday today. Tracking showing as delivered, but showing delivered to an address (same first line of my address) but in a completely different county to mine 😂! Couldn’t be more useless if they tried.

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars that would be my choice. Dreadful company. Called on Monday at 9:30 and arranged a shipment to China. I was promised the parcel would be collected by 4:30pm. By 5:30 no one had shown up. I called again, was given another collection reference and promised that the parcel would be collected by 11am this morning. I’ve now called 4 times - still no collection and get a different story from each completely disinterested representative I speak to. Not one of them makes me think they give a monkeys and I don’t trust a word they’re telling me. Complete waste of time and still no closer to shipping this damn parcel. Really disgusted that they’re allowed to operate in such an unprofessional and unhelpful manner.

Terrible service the driver that…

Terrible service the driver that delivers my items from my company has probably the worst attitude I have ever seen, If you don’t like your job then leave !! I hate it when he comes have told TNT to fire this guy as as a representative of the company is letting you down, I have now switched to sending my business post to UPS who’s drivers are polite and service overall is better

Absolutely useless

Absolutely, 100% mind- blowingly poor. I had a parcel to send to Southampton. It took nearly 2weeks to be collected. I phoned the customer ‘support’ line nearly daily, every excuse under the sun was offered, my case was ‘escalated to higher management’ apparently? Yet the parcel sat where it was.. shocking. Disappointed & disgusted. Useless..

Driver leaves my parcels on my doorstep

Driver leaves my parcels on my doorstep. No attempt to ring doorbell or card? I live on a street in the middle of the city only a matter of time before my parcels are stolen as my doorstep is in clear view of the kerbside.

Absolutely useless AI customer service bot on the phone

Trying to get hold of a human to ask whats going on with a package was infuriating, I finally managed by ringing the number and saying i wanted to open an account but had trouble doing it online, the nice lady then helped me out.

It turned out it was stuck in customs in dartford for days and days, and needed a commercial invoice, but they didn't tell me or anyone else about this. So i don't know where they thought it was going to come from!

Status false information

Waiting for parcel status out for delivery before 6 pm. Stayed in all day and nothing arrived .
The next day they said parcel had just arrived at despatch centre and guess what out for delivery before 6 pm.
Appalling service they need a DPD app telling you what number you are on delivery and estimated time of arrival . As they get closer times updated giving you that window for delivery . If I find out TNT are delivering a parcel I would cancel the order .

I wouldn't let TNT deeside deliver a letter to my neighbour... Absolutely awful service, the drivers were helpful as for office abysmal !! 3 Missed delivery days .. one couldn't be bothered finding the package although I paid for next day delivery and it was there , the other two pure incompetence . I suggest don't order from a company that uses TNT

Rubbish quality.

Rubbish quality.. blurry image on my TV!.. all other streaming channels are fine. It’s because they’re saving money on the quality of the feed!!! Will cancel subscription for sure!..

Can't say 1 star is ok -2 Beyond disappointing

Can't say 1 star is ok -2

I can understand snow holding up delivery but the driver in in the area and im getting msg he cant access the area every Rd in is free no word of an accident anywhere. So im without my part for my washing machine for 7 days now. Not impressed they have my number phone me. Frustrated its now back at the depo 2.41hrs away.

Very poor service and communication

Best described as chaotic. TNT Edinburgh totally failed to deliver my parcel.
Was advised delivery would be on 17 Dec so I advised them on the 16 Dec I would not be at home and rearrange delivery for 18 Dec. On 18 th Dec waited in all day but no show by TNT, tracing showed "time constraint prevented delivery.
19 Dec TNT tracking showed the same time constraint prevented delivery gate open and instructed to leave in greenhouse.
20 Dec TNT decided to deliver but failed to advise me, gate was locked.
22 Dec track and trace showed "company closed on attempt' ??? gate was open and instruction to leave in greenhouse ignored.
23 Dec was advised by TNT call centre and Shtil is would be delivered today, waited in all day, another no show by TNT.

My parcel is still in the Edinburgh depot at this moment in time. Looks like I'll have to collect it myself.

I was right, having to collect it myself, from friends I've spoken to this is not unusual with TNT.

Pity 1 is the lowest score.

Saga continues, nominated collection from depot on 24/12/25 for pick up on 29/12/25 and received a confirmation. What did TNT do, put it out for delivery again so I could not get my parcel when I went to the depot.
I am absolutely fuming.

Package held in customs, paid invoice, sent in proof yet get the run around. Call in get told different things and still no info on my package. I have no idea how this company is still going.

Their app doesn’t even work, it’s a silly old AI message when you contact and their landline doesn’t even work either.

Avoid and do not use companies who use this servcie

First they delivered a single box to make the deadline, after that they send me the same silly updates saying the parcels are in Kingbury, id happily pick it up myself but all you get from this company is a AI bot who is useless, everything has not been delivered waiting on two more parcels, Chased them via instead of getting back to me they decided to send me an email asking for the sender to email them????

Useless.
