Really greate products. And fast delivery. If stock is low, they will sent what they can right away and aftersent the rest when they get more on stock. Also email support is also great. Asked if they have a part as I could not find it on the store. And they quickly pointed me to the right part. 5 starts from here

Very rude and possible xenophobic people working at this corner shop, when the website says that means in Poland it takes days to get to UK and someone times it get stuck in customs, and now they tell you pay transfer fee as the bank account is in Poland.
If you want to be treated as a normal customer buy From RS components High lever standards.

Placed a small order to test the quality of the shop service. Everything arrived within 2 working days of placing my order all the way from Poland to central Europe. I received all my items well packed, and in perfect condition.

One thing I see mentioned often in other reviews is that people are only receiving half their order. To make sure your order is shipped in its entirety, you need to check a box in the shopping cart next to every item. This means that TME will wait until they have all the items on your order before shipping.

All in all, my experience has been with TME has been flawless so far and I will definitely shop with them again.

I would say I am satisfied. Delivery is fast, support is operating and resolving issues, if any appear. Prices could be lower.

I just don't like some minimum limits for adding parts to cart. I had to buy 5pcs X2 capacitors when I need just two. Sometime the minimum limit is 1000pcs, on the other hand I believe they will look at competitors (eg Mouser, DigiKey) and will improve their business also for small customers.

The worst policy-Stay away from this company

I ordered 2 items: 1 for €23 and 1 for €5. Costs for shipping: €5.90.
I transfered the money. They give me a notification the package is on its way. Then they refund me €23.
Appears they have only given me the small €5 item with €5.90 shipping costs, without giving me even the chance to cancel it, and which are useless for me without the other part. They've send me 7(!) emails for one order; none of those indicated that the main object that I needed wasn't available.
I didn't lose a great deal of money, but this is not the way to treat costumers. I feel cheated.

Reading here about the impossibility to get a refund makes that I will never ever use this company again.

I'd like to review a purchase but as their site constantly asks me to log in again, which takes minutes, and their misnamed 'Quick Buy' times out when I select it from the menu, times out when I copy and paste my BoM, and repeatedly crashes on uploading the BoM, I can't. "504 Gateway Time-out The server didn't respond in time."

So far several hours wasted trying to set up an order for several hundred parts.

If this changes I will update my review but so far TME are all promises and no action.

Back to Digikey, Mouser, Octopart etc for a working online experience.

Ordered some parts for a project and was informed that two items would be delayed which was acceptable to me. Parts that were in stock came quickly but after 5 weeks or so the remainder of the order was cancelled with no reason given. The project could not be completed without the cancelled parts and they are refusing to allow me to return the parts already delivered for a full refund. My advice is to avoid using them and look elsewhere.

The most terrible service I have ever experienced with any online store worldwide. Placed the order- all items were in stock. Have got a delivery with half of the items I have ordered. Had to fight for whole week to get refund, but I have got a refund only for missing items- shipping price was charged full 100%. Result: missed timelines on the project, had to order missing items from a different place, pay for shipment again. A person at TME Karol Jablonski was unprofessional to communicate with and have not even apologized for all this mess. I mean maybe it is a good place to order things if all is all right, but if you will run into problems, rise a PayPal dispute immediately, or better stay away from TME, use some other distributor instead.

Quick delivery, good quality, handy for buying in bulk. I would recommend.

30 days ago i registered return on Paypal now the paypal dispute has ended this company has no cancelation returns or refund policy just delay, buy at your own risk.

I bought 2 analog circuits and 2 sockets of working temperature -55 to 125ºC. Good products, but find the right headache on the web. They could improve usability. Sometimes it is difficult to find out how to find the product. I mark several times what I want in features, page refreshes and no result appears. In the end you have to study as a scientist to order products, but you can.
I will search for semiconductors for my new project soon, I hope the web improves.

Got me the parts; however, the website had issues. They could never get any images or were able to solve the issue.

I was trying to order 134 parts and had to cut the order into smaller parts. Support said this would be an issue (keep in mind I needed the reel). They said they would ship as a lot.

OH, they shipped as a lot that they cut the real up into smaller pieces to match the order that they said: "wouldn't be a problem".

I would echo what everyone else says "good until there is a problem".

All good until you have an issue. Bought 2 Relpol relays RG25-24VDC and one of them was faulty (got stuck). I filed a complaint for which I had to fill out a form, etc. A week after they reply asking for what load I was using. I replied right away 10.5A (it was actually a lot less since we did not run it at full load), but in any case is less than half of the rated load for this relay. Then more questions came, all within a few days. They wanted to know about the load. Then I replied 24VDC, 10A and I told them I only ran a few times and it started to fail. Only one of them failed, but I wanted to change both due to that I did not trust these relays. They then requested to know the brand and model of the linear actuator I was using. I asked why and they actually could not answer. My guess is they wanted me to give up or they were curious on what product I was using to expand their portfolio. They did managed one thing: I gave up on them and decided to not buy anything else from them. Losing a customer for 11 EUR, this is what I call non-sense! Good thing it small money to experience how little they care about solving customers issues.

This was my first experience ordering from this company. All my business was conducted online. The website was well translated into English and logical to navigate. I found a Brymen meter at a terriffic price. Packing, and shipping were first rate and incredibly fast. They accept PayPal which gives the buyer protection and reassurance. Transfer Multisort Elektronik gets FIVE stars in my book.

I e-mailed them the RFQ. They did not return. I contacted via facebook, they send me an e-mail address which belongs to mr. pietruszewsk. Communication was weak. Packaging was good. I arrived the goods. They sended my goods in 3 parts without prior notice. I had to pay 3 times customs fee and freight.. It seems to cheap, but for me costed a lot..

Have used them for a couple of years by now. So far so good. Prompt delivery and allmost allways good prices.
