TMC was great to deal with from beginning to end. Their website is designed with such an easy interface meaning me and my fiancé had little difficulty picking out the wedding band and adding our bespoke customisations.

After the order was made I received an online 3D model of the ring showing my customisations and visualising how the ring would look. I was also given an option to give feedback on any changes but the ring was perfect and my fiancé loved it, so there was no need.

While the ring was in production, I received regular updates each time the ring went into a new phase. Once the ring was completed, I was sent a video and photo of the ring and received the ring the next day via post.

Couldn’t recommend TMC enough and thank you for such an easy and pleasant experience.

Jasmin and all the girls at the Armadale store were so lovely at my fine jewellery consultation. Jasmin was so patient and helpful with all of my questions. The store was beautiful and there was never any pressure to make a purchase. At the start it was noted that I would get a quote at the end of the consultation which was so nice to not feel pressure to make a decision on the spot. They were also so happy to customise any piece to achieve the look I wanted. Now I just need to decide which beautiful piece to buy!

I had a great experience with Kira for my engagement ring consultation. She was informative and answered all of my questions regarding different ring styles. She was very helpful and as a result I was able to find a style that I love.

I love the overall atmosphere of TMC. I appreciate how private the consultation was. I felt comfortable asking multiple questions and was happy to be able to try on multiple styles. I didn't feel pressured at all and left feeling more confident in my final decision.

Great experience in store. The sales assistant made us feel welcomed and comfortable right away. This was our first stop (and last!), and we had the time to explore options and talk through what we were looking for. We both picked our wedding bands and couldn’t be happier.

The customer service was great and I liked the small touch of receiving a photo and video of my ring once it was made prior to being sent to me. The little details of the packaging made it feel like a special moment when opening the box.

I got my engagement ring and my Husband and I both got our wedding bands from TMC Fine Jewllers and we could not be more happy with them and the experience we had! I had two appointments in Paddington and we had great experiences both times. We ended up custom making my ring inspired by the Saphira which I’m obsessed with! They were also very accommodating and helpful in getting our rings to us with a quick turn around in time for our special day.

Welcomed us warmly, and looked after us very well. Very friendly staff who wanted to see me happy with the finished ring. Special thanks to Emili for all her help!

The whole experience was wonderful. Weekly updates on progress and updates on shipping were extremely helpful. The final product is beautiful.

We had a really positive experience during our ceremonial wedding ring try on appointment. The process was smooth, well organised, and gave us the opportunity to properly explore different styles and options without feeling rushed. Our consultant was polite and professional throughout the appointment, and we really appreciated being able to get quotes for our favourite rings on the day, as well as having the opportunity to take photos to look back on while making our decision.
