Reply from TMB Notes
Hello Ian,
I can see you contacted our customer service with this issue. It was explained that you can clearly see on the image and description of the product which is a single coil and which is a box. You paid £5.83 for a single coil and £5.50 for 24hr delivery. We of course were happy to except a return or dispatch of the 2 coils providing postage and the difference was paid for.
You can always purchase a box of three T10 coils for a cost effective £13.99 with free delivery over £30 or our cheapest delivery option of £2.99.
Coils are an added value for our customers we understand if you aren't ordering anything else they seem expensive but unfortunately the margins are just not in it for us to provide at a competitive price on their own.
For the last 5 years we've been focused on providing cost effective solutions for our eliquid customers with good customer service at heart and we are very sorry you feel let down on this occasion.
Kind regards,
TMB
Very happy
Very happy, I purchased some DIY supplies and I am now making 90ml of e-liquid for less than £2. Before I was paying £11 for 90ml from my shop.
I think now I am paying less a can afford to try out some different flavours.
Thank you

Quite new to vaping
Quite new to vaping, 8 months or so, got trapped into the cycle of buying 100ml (and nic shots) shortfills once or twice a week. I was beginning to spend almost as much as when I was smoking. Worst part about it was 30% of the liquids I was getting were not even that great.
I was very happy to find TMB notes who have the most extensive flavours I have ever come across. You will be hard pressed to find a flavour they don't stock, the possibilities are endless and I only wish I had gotten into making my own juice sooner.
Their prices are unmatched. I spent £30 and I have enough concentrate and base to last me probably 10 weeks if I was to reall stretch it out. I was spending almost that amount every two weeks.
Definitely my go-to from now on.
Thanks TMB, not many more popular vape shops who offer what you guys do!
