Try applying online and it accepts no mobile number so you can’t go ahead.

Another company that promises you a loan says your all accepted but then requires a phone call where they go through everything you have entered online to then be told you don’t meet their criteria 🤔 yet online I passed 🤦‍♂️ joke company don’t waste your time

Pretty easy application and despite a couple of calls to verify transactions and outgoings etc it was quite prompt. The questions they asked showed they were looking to be a responsible lender. Only downfall, the update process on clearing funds etc wasn't the best and any messages seeking updates didn't receive updates as quick I think they could do. Would recommend however

I am utterly disappointed with TM Advances and their reprehensible lending practices. In 2019, despite acknowledging that their loan to me was irresponsible and unaffordable, they shamelessly lent me money knowing they were likely preying on someone vunerable, oblivious to the immense financial and emotional distress it caused me.

TM Advances not only failed to log my complaint but also continued pressuring me for repayment, even resorting to legal action when confronted. This callous disregard for the consequences of their actions is appalling.

Their reckless lending led to a catastrophic impact on my life. I suffered from debilitating mental health issues, including severe anxiety and depression, resulting in multiple suicide attempts and police interventions. Additionally, their relentless pursuit of payment worsened my already dire situation, pushing me to the brink of financial ruin.

The damage inflicted by TM Advances is irreversible. Despite their belated acknowledgment and the eventual write-off of the debt today, the scars remain, both financially and emotionally.

I strongly advise anyone considering engaging with TM Advances to think twice. Their negligent and predatory lending practices demonstrate a blatant disregard for their customers' welfare. Steer clear and seek financial assistance elsewhere, where integrity and empathy prevail.

Terrible company to deal with do not go within a million miles of this company no matter what your circumstances

Wish I could give 0 rating as kept asking me questions and sending me text with loan approved 5 times a day and finally asking me my NI number. Which loan company ask NI number ?

Very intrusive with questions on credit file. Uses open banking but only find this out at end of form. Logs into bank account only to decline. Have sourced a loan elsewhere with a much lower interest rate.

Access to bank and so much information just to be declined.
Can more than afford but lucky I didn’t as their interest rates are absolutely shocking.

Terrible company to do business with. High interest loans to vulnerable people. Do not go near them .

Terrible company! Sorting my loan out and they tell me because I used the account switch and changed banks they cannot proceed as they need 6 months transactions! You should have back up options for customers e.g using their pay slips! Avoid this company and go elsewhere serious time wasters!

I've had my loan since July 2019 and I've had nothing but a positive experience. Annual interest rates are high but compared to other sub-prime lenders I believe their rates are reasonable. Customer service are polite and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a loan company, particularly if you credit rating has taken a bit of a hit
