I placed an order on January 7th

I placed an order on January 7th, January 27tg the order was still in custom clearance status page on UPS.
Apparently there were missing documents from the sender, and I got refunding email on 28th claiming the package is being send to the sender after that you will receive the money. Like what the hell?!

Unfortunately, once the courier confirmed that the shipment would instead be returned to us, we immediately processed a full refund. Please note that the time required for the funds to appear on your account depends on your bank’s processing timelines.

Requested a return and still no answer.

The shoes I received were too big. I requested to return the shoes and have yet to receive an answer. I wanted to exchange but now I just want my money back.

Delivery is not done yet...

I payed extra for delivery, but parcel is still not deliverd, already waiting one week. The delivery keeps changing everyday. If 2morrow the delivery is not done I will aks for a full refund of my payment.

Good impression

Indeed, after 10 days it was sent.I think, faster communication from the company would be beneficial. As well as more communication data, for example phone, whatsapp, instagram, facebook, etc.The product was well packaged and is original.
