Great fitting, light and easy return policy

I ordered some gym shorts which got lost by the carrier. I contacted the customer service and they delivered the same as per my request. Hats off to the customer service and I am really happy with my purchase. The quality is top-notch & gets lotta compliments in the gym. I really recommend their products & the customer service.

The email received claimed free shipping. After following the link and ordering the merchandise, a shipping charge was applied. Completely misleading. Will not shop with this seller again.

Purchased a pair of pants that look nothing like the pants in the pictures, one of the tops looks like a children's top and I'm small! The other top is of poor quality! I left over 6 messages for customer service and a representative never got back to me. I finally emailed and they're willing to let me exchange the items but they won't send me a shipping label to return to start the exchange process! They should pay shipping since the pants aren't what I ordered! Trust me they look nothing like what the model is modeling! I've ordered from TLF before this is the 1st time I'm extremely disappointed!

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I purchased a set that did not fit well at all, so I requested a return. On April 24, I received an email confirming that my return request had been accepted along with the shipping label. On April 25, I dropped off the package at FedEx (tracking number: 3807 5292 2104).

I am still waiting for my refund.

On May 8, I contacted customer support and they said their team would get back to me, but nobody ever did. My refund status still shows as “pending” and says they are waiting to receive the package. However, FedEx tracking clearly shows that the package was delivered on 04/30/2026.

This is unacceptable customer service. I want my money back immediately. Stop ignoring customers and process the refund already.

Two small size of the same design were way off. I ordered three small size and only one fitted perfectly. It was disappointing.

Hate the material of the shirts. Very easy to wrinkle

Sizing was all over the map to a ridiculous degree. A size large shirt, that I ordered thinking it would fit a bit oversized, was smaller than most of my size small shirts, same with the medium size shirts. Then the sweatpants in size medium were literally large enough to be pulled up to my armpits! The leggings in size medium (I usually am a s/m in leggings) were also incredibly small and the seams could be heard snapping when being gently tried on - I can’t imagine working out or god forbid actually fighting in these pants! This is some SHEIN quality clothing. Very disappointing. At least the socks fit as marked lol.

Edited to add: return process is ridiculous and being charged nearly $10 to send this garbage back is insulting. What a scam.

Edited again to respond to their reply: 4 of the 10+ items I ordered were final sale. I’m not trying to return those. I’m returning the 6 other items that weren’t final sale but were of poor quality and bizarre fit. Your “free returns” claim is a straight up lie, because you charged me to send those back.
