The initial survey to installation took only 8 days.
Jack assessed our requirements and carefully described the processes following an order. There was absolutely no hint of any "hard sell". The product speaks for itself.
Dave, the local engineer, expertly fitted the stair lift. There was no mess and was completed in a couple of hours.
We are very happy with our acquisition. Both Jack and Dave operate to very high standards. They benefit from equipment of the same stature.

Found you on "Which". Maybe a lesson there! You need to improve your Marketing!! You would not have been on our short list otherwise.
Excellent sales person very competent and technically very good. Not the cheapest quote but happy to purchase a quality product with an excellent warranty.

Great communication with advisor, Dion, all the way through. Installed quickly and no issues with payment.

The whole process was smooth with typical German efficiency. All staff from the survey to the installation were efficient and pleasant. The actual lift works quietly and smoothly and is compact when parked.

1st class from start to finish. Special mention for Jack and Tomas and their attention to detail. Could not have asked for more! Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from TKE.
We contacted several companies , to fit a stair lift on a 24 inch stairway with twist. The first two Reps that called measured up and sadly informed us that if would be impossible to fit on such a narrow twisting stairway. The next caller was Jack Dagnall from TKE who said it would be difficult but it could be done. Jack then sat down with us ,and we had a very good productive talk , which put us very much at ease. We still had another company to see ,but their rep again said that they could not do the job,
When told that one company had said that they could do it, he replied Oh, that will be TKE and advised us to sign up with them , Which we did.
Just over two weeks later a fantastic engineer
{sorry cant remember his name ,but came from Warrington} arrived and fitted the stair lift and in four hours the job was done.

David Gould was so straightforward, I had complete confidence in his recommendations. Thorough and professional in every aspect. Meticulous approach and great follow up. Also just a nice young man!

We felt TKE beat other stairlifts on all points. We liked the product, with its single rail. Kevan the surveyor answered all our questions and he did not pressure us to buy. The price was lower than the nearest rival and it was installed within three weeks.

Thank you to Conner for a job well done. He installed the chair lift, quickly and with minimal disruption. His friendly and professional manner put us at ease and he explained how to use the stairlift in a clear and effective way.

Conner who fitted the stair lift was polite and courteous. Got on with the job, left no mess. Ensuring the stair lift was just right for me. He made sure I could get past with my wheelchair and put a hand rail at the top for me to grab so I could get off the stair lift safely

The work was carried out swiftly and smoothly and I was trained on the new Stairlift and got answers to all questions promptly.

Shame about Salford council taking almost 2 years to approve but that’s not TK’s fault
