I ordered a few things, the quality is mediocre to good, but the worst is that The most expensive thing in my order (€100) Never arrived, the tracking says it has been returned to sender with no explanation, and I have been trying to get through to customer support for two weeks now and nobody is answering. I have sent over five emails and messages on the website chat and it’s like they don’t exist
