However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items.

When we have been able to source PPE we have been donating face masks and sanitisers to over 90 organisations from the NHS, care homes and social services.

Ordered a Lab Diamond ring then changed my mind a few days after receipt so returned it and ordered a different one then again returned it and ordered yet another. Both returns I received confirmation it was received and they were both refunded in full back to my method of payment the day after.. Very quick and efficient and I’m very happy with the3rd design I chose . The quality of the rings were beautiful on all 3 rings. Delivery was very fast for all 3 too.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company for it,s shoddy cheap jewelry,,Where do I begin so I bought my partner a diamond gold ring at the end of November last year 2025 for a Xmas gift,She wore it Xmas day at family get together in March our friends wedding in May and when our nieces wedding was going ahead in June my partner went to put it on for that big day and all the gold was gone from the ring my partner was upset, So contacting TJC about this happening to ring I got the 30 day policy blarr blarr blarr in which I replied how do you know if anything going to wrong in 30 day,s.After many many call,s to so called customer service I was told I can £19.00 to have the ring resprayed I totally refused and no I have done my homework with trading standards even contacting the BBC,s watchdog programme and said no I want my money back they was being so pushie for me to receive the repair even trying a £50 good gesture I still refused and waited get this 4 weeks to get my refund back after ring every day for nearly 3week,s terrible company terrible customer service one customer agent actually said to me on one call,,My manager will call you back once he,s GOT RID OF THIS CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE that comment made my blood boil we are your customer,s unlucky for them my partner was recording this conversation at the time when I challenged him about his comment he went quite could not explain what he just meant, I finally got my refund in the bank this morning Friday 17th July il never buy from again there jewelry is cheap tatt so please stay away many thanks for the long read

We have investigated your query and can confirm that the refund relates to a purchase made in November last year. The item was initially returned for repair; however, as this was a paid repair, we understand that you were not satisfied with this option. As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to provide a refund outside of our usual policy.
Unfortunately, the refund was not processed immediately as the original payment was made through a third-party payment provider, Clearpay, and due to the age of the purchase, the refund was declined through the original payment method. We therefore arranged for the refund to be completed via bank transfer, which resulted in a delay.
We apologies for any inconvenience caused during this process and appreciate your patience while this was resolved.
