TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Recently, I paid $1 for their AI courses, and then out of nowhere, I was charged another $30.

From my understanding, the course I bought for $1 was a one-time charge, and I did not expect to be charged $30. So turns out this is a subscription, and the $1 offer was only an introduction

I demanded my full refund because they did not state anywhere that the initial price was an introductory offer only. If we check all of the emails that their sent my way. There is nothing that says they are going to charge me afterwards. I didn't even receive a receipt.

This is not right, so I demand a full refund. But they NEVER ANSWERS on email. DON"T you dare to reply this email with your template that suggested me to email you. I DID but you NEVER come back to me

They did not list anywhere that I would be charged $29.99 for the one-month plan, and there was nothing showing that it was only a three-day trial offer. This is completely unexpected and feels like a scam because they did not tell me this would turn into a recurring subscription.

This is highly unfair, and I still demand a full refund. Please kindly handle it as soon as possible before we take it anywhere else.
