I purchased a subscription from Tivorotv.com and the service stopped working within just a few days. When I contacted their support to resolve the issue, they refused to fix it and instead tried to push me into buying separate additional apps — clearly just trying to squeeze more money out of customers.

No refund was offered. No real support was provided. This is not how a legitimate business operates.

Save your money and look elsewhere. Complete waste of money and time.

I want to warn everyone about my experience so others don’t get scammed like I did.
I paid for a subscription and followed all the instructions provided. After receiving my MAC code and trying to activate the service, nothing worked properly. There was little to no support, no clear guidance, and once the payment was made, communication became extremely poor or completely nonexistent.
This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. A legitimate service should provide proper activation support and respond to customers — not disappear after taking your money.
I strongly advise everyone to STAY AWAY from this service. Do not risk your money. There are far more reliable and trustworthy providers out there.
