I guess im done with titlenine. Ordered an item, on the freaking packing slip it was noted that they stand behind their products, take it for a test drive it says. Fill out the return label, "item not returnable." Expensive lesson, but well learned.

I would say the only way for this company to go is up...I ordered a pair of sandals March 10th...It was supposed to ship within 4-7 days...After about 3 weeks I contacted customer service and was told that it would ship by April 10th...As of today May 11th, I have not seen hide nor hair of this item...truly abysmal customer service...

This is the second time I have ordered, paid extra for 3 day delivery and the order did not arrive on time. Horrible shipping experience

Literally my most fave built in bra tank to date!! The quality is so good! The tank is just the right thickness and the wider tank straps are stylish! Win win! More I need one in every color 🤣

Thanks for all the great products your clothes fit me great so I don't have to try on a million pieces of everything to know they will fit.

I would like to exchange this item for a smaller size, but see now that I will have to pay a $7.50 return fee PLUS another shipping fee to get the correct size. I don't live anywhere near a Title Nine store, so don't have that as an option. The potential return/re-purchase cost will be too high for me to be a repeat customer.

I had trouble with the ordering process. I could not submit my order , the site would not procede, but your chat agent helped me and it went through. Love Title 9 products and customer service!

This was my 2nd time to order this style of pants. I already have the gray color and I ordered the black this time. They are definitely not black but I will keep them because of the fit. I took one star off because they are not black.

I love most of the clothes I get from Title Nine. However sometimes there's discrepancies in sizes. For example, I recently ordered the same style shirt in different patterns. One was a full inch larger all over, which made for a poor fit. Then I'm on the hook for postage to send it back.
Included in the order was a dress that has yet to show up. These items were ordered 2 weeks ago. No sign of the dress or an explanation as to why it didn't arrive with the shirts.

So this was a painful experience. They didn’t fit…I paid shipping to arrive, and was initially going to be charged for return shipping! Seriously??? I reached out and they accommodated me, but having to reach out// spoils the whole deal! Yuk! Over $90 for shorts and all this effort??? Free People, Athleta, Free fly…other options where I feel valued.

I loved these pants! I loved how lightweight and breathable they were. I wore them out in the desert and I didn't want to wear short (bugs, sand, dirt, big mix of NOPE), and these were perfect! I didn't overheat, I felt protected AND chic. I loved the material. I love the fit. I love the color. I LOVED these so much, and I can't wait to order more in more colors!

Ordered the recycled clamber capri and be warned the fabric and fit (poofy pocket area, tight waist) are completely different then they used to be. Since the fabric is thinner and the waist tight the combo does not work. I'm 5'5 120 lbs and the size 8 was very tight in the waist. Not comfortable to hike in and unflattering. Had I known I wouldn't have ordered, paid to ship here and how have to pay to return. Why change a good thing??

Love my new one piece swim suit and skirt in blue. I wish the other pieces fit but I need to size down. Definitely love the new swim lines. Perfect to cover my bum & not ride up.

I took the Clamber hiking pants out to rip on some mountain biking trails, and LOVED them! What I noticed the most was how the elastic waistband felt secure, but not too tight and noticeable, and how my phone fit perfectly in the thigh pocket-- easily accessible, but with the velcro closure I wasn't worried about it jostling out and being left behind. Do yourself a favor and get these pants that really keep up, feel comfy, and look cute too!

I’ve tried a lot of activewear brands over the years, but Title Nine is on a completely different level. The quality is immediately noticeable — every seam, every stitch feels intentional. The fit is flattering without being restrictive, and I actually feel good moving in these clothes, not just wearing them. Shipping was fast, and when I had a question about sizing, the return process was effortless. What really sets Title Nine apart, though, is that you can feel the values behind the brand. They make clothes for real women who actually move through life — and that means everything to me. I’ll be a customer for a long time.

Only the bikini bottom arrived with no explanation about why the top did not arrive.
