Dear trust pilot this is my business and my trust pilot page for my business, that was set up by my father who also built my website, where it is linked to but somehow someone else has claimed this page for theirs and neither of us have the ability to access it.

I did try to reclaim it through you guys a while back and you said that you had sent a link out to reclaim it to the person who had originally claimed it which wasn’t me or my father.

I also pointed out that one of the reviews from Pete Ackerman was also a review for a window fitter company and I am a window cleaner so please contact me via my business email which is titanwindowservicesatgmail.com as I wish to now delete this account and will be unlinking it from my website.

Our experience with Titan was a complete fiasco.
We ordered a Back Door. The door frame was delivered on the right day. The door panel was coming separately and should have been delivered the following day. We waited in all day and after numerous phone calls at our expense we were promised it would come the following day before 9.30 am. 9.30 came and went but no delivery. About 11 am Titan rang us to say it had been delivered to the wrong address but as it wasn't too far from us it would be quicker to collect it ourselves. We had wasted so much time waiting in we felt we had no option but to collect it. So we got it home and unpacked it, to check it was the right panel, only to find it was damaged.
So more phone calls at our expense. They had to make another panel which took two more weeks. We had to cancel our Joiner, so he lost a days work and he was disgusted because he had actually recommended Titan to us.
Titans Customer Service is terrible and we won't be using them again and will definitely not be recommending them.

Does a fantastic job, every time. Very reliable, good customer service and great price. Would recommend 100%!

Proper decent service. Takes care with the work too. There’s been a noticeable difference compared to previous window services we’ve used.
