I ordered a replica sword and was assured through the website when placing the order that it would be delivered in 5-7 days. The order took over 3 weeks to show up. I tried to get in contact with customer service multiple times during then but only got through to someone once.

When the sword arrived today it came in terrible condition. The wrap on the handle was falling apart and barely sticking on and the sword had multiple scratches going down its length. I tried so many times to get in contact with someone but their site makes its incredible difficult to actually get a hold of a real person. Even if by some miracle I can get a hold of someone this week, the sword arrived weeks later than it should and so im forced to spend even more money to fix it up myself somehow so I can give it as a birthday gift in a couple days.

All of their selection is well crafted. It came with no broken pieces which is typical for some places. Customer service was wonderful even being peak holiday season.

Customer service was friendly when I had a question about order tracking. It arrived a little later than the estimated delivery window, but I was kept informed, so I appreciate that transparency.
