I've had multiple issues of the company. They're suspend happy.

I've had multiple issues of the company shutting down the email I use for my business for things that are not my fault. One being being that request me to send them emails but give me the wrong email address. This provider suspends your email for this. I've also been lied about by someone who asked for an email from me and been marked as spam. I've been suspended for that. They do not treat their paying customers well and suspend over things out of their clients' control. I would not recommend them and will be looking for a new provider.

They are the worst email provider…

They are the worst email provider service. They forget you are the customer. They are so paranoid about customers sending spam that they make it impossible to do business that has nothing to do with spam. They just take the receiver's word when nothing is sent out that wasn't requested. People just forget they requested information. You also can't send out the amount of emails you need without them complaining and blocking you. The penalties and the so quick to believe a receiver when they say it's spam, are huge reasons not to use them. Find an email that realizes you pay them, and they need to not be so quick to slap on penalties and bans when you've done nothing wrong or spammed anyone.

worst email provider for coldemail.

worst email provider for coldemail.

I bought them on hostinger and didnt even use the emails when they banned (the only emails that where sent are warmups from reachinbox).

But the worst part is the banned without telling me, I just noticed 8 months later after buying and creating those emails.

Fixed the issue

I had an issue with emails being blocked.

Bluehost are meant to support the account but did nothing.

Titan were difficult to contact but did fix the issue quickly one I got through to them.

Avoid if emails and continuity matter.

We use Titan through Bluehost.

Suddenly we can't send emails that contain our website domain.

It has been six days now and there is literally no support.

We never send spam and are nowhere near the Titan thresholds.

Titan email is trash

Titan email is trash. Hard to set up and not as native in the WP ecosystem as they claim. But I write this review because for two weeks I could not receive any email due to an "error" in the setup. However, they helped set it up and it did work for a time. Not getting email is pretty awful. Don't use this crap. Get a GMAIL account and thank me later.

Can't get a live person

Can't get a live person. Paid for 10 domain emails and it took my website offline. I paid SEO manager to get website back online and Titan emails stopped working. Can't get any help from Titan. The whole thing seems like a scam. Titan prove me wrong and reach out to us and fix it and I will remove this review. If it's still up, they haven't helped us.

Help a small non-profit with a technical problem

We are a small non-profit organization - Kiwanis of Old Town (Winchester, VA) that is run by officers that change each year. That caused us to miss a domain renewal and up-ended our Titan email. We had to get into our DNS records and fix MX and TXT files. Through Titan's chat line and an email they provided me (the current president) the directions to easily walk through that process and have our email back in business. Thanks Titan.

Very fast efficient response

Very fast efficient response. Titan are very well set up and have great attention to detail. I received a phishing email claiming to be from Titan and they dealt with it very quickly.
