Extremely poor customer service
One of the worst customer service experiences in hospitality, changed there T&C's and prices digitally) over our busiest period and a total lack of accountability customer and loyalty, owner by a big company so went to junior legal team when trying to discuss terms / give notice.
Would not recommend.Beware.

Incorrect figures
False promises, lack of accountability in resolving bug issues, figures will be incorrect consistently on the hub, they will choose to use jargon never admitting instead of actually saying there is an issue.
