I sold a bag on tise and i still havent…

I sold a bag on tise and i still havent gotten my money after 5 days and its marked as “paid” on the app. And i tried tise support but didnt help. So they’re obviously scamming me

Can't access my account

Can't access my account! I have cleared my browser's cookies which caused me to log out of my account on tise.That makes sense.BUT! When I try to log into my account, I see this message "Please use our app to log in, or log in with Facebook or Sign in with Apple". I'm sure the username and password are correct.
What the hell?! I'm more comfortable using Tise on my computer. Why can't I do that?!

I had a great experience selling on Tise

I had a great experience selling on Tise. I only sold one item so far, but the whole process went smoothly. I've had some trouble uploading and updating my posted items, but after the newest update, eveything went back to normal. Highly recommend!

Very good service

The whole transaction was very fast and it is very easy to do. I delivered the package the day after I got the offer and it arrived in 2-3 days, so I could have the money pretty quickly.
I like that they offer protection for both the buyer and the seller because it allows you to trust the process.
It is very comfortable to just bring the package to the delivery point and "forget about it".

Allows for fraud. Happened to me instantly. Very unsafe app asking a lot of personal data and allowing for scam.

Unhappy

as soon as someone placed an order, they started sending me sms from dao, with a link where I had to give all the bank numbers, it didn't even take 3 minutes for them to hack me, luckily I called the bank and it was true that someone else had access to logged into my bank account, they immediately blocked it. Please don't fall prey to these sites because you will end up getting hacked.

The information you have been given shows that you have been misled into thinking the shipment goes through our payment system at Tise but the difference is that you have been presented with a link and taken outside of our payment solution.

An absolute disaster from the seller's…

An absolute disaster from the seller's perspective! At the first glance, the app looks very stylish, with a great user interface and experience. I was very happy to sell my first items on the platform - the process was easy, I just had to accept incoming bids from buyers and instantly received shipping codes, so I could dispatch the items without even communicating with buyers. I was charged some small fees from Tise for "seller protection" and was ensured i the app that buyers are taking case of the shipping costs. After some time I started to get invoices to my mail from the postal service, stating that my packages were too big and now I have to pay extra (which, combined with admin costs almost equaled to what I earn from selling the items!). Apparently, I was supposed to "miss the shipping deadlines" if I noticed that packages are larger than certain dimensions (this is stated in their customer support article) and simply not to ship the items, which sounds as an utter nonsense to me, affecting my seller's ratings, and not even telling me, the seller, what to do next.
Obviously, buyers are not able to choose the right parcel size because 1. they don't know the dimensions, and 2. they will always choose the cheapest option. The worst thing is that such system allows buyers to "get away" with cheaper shipping prices which have to be covered by the sellers at the end of the day and this is very demotivating to sell anything on the platform.
And this is a very easy problem to fix from the UE perspective - just add an option to choose the size of the package when adding a new listing, and not allow buyers to choose the size. But it looks like creators don't care about that so i don't recommend selling on the platform, unless you want to end up with giving you stuff away for free!

When a shipment is created on Tise the specifications for the package are presented both in the chat before accepting the bid and is stated in our terms of use. If a package is bigger or weighs more than the specifications, you will receive an invoice from posten which is what happened in your case. The carrier’s guidelines will be followed when using their service and the shipment will still be completed but in accordance with Postens terms and conditions.

I can understand the frustrations these extra expenses may cause and I will forward your feedback to our tech and production team, where we will see what changes need to be made to secure the best user experience going forward.

I made few purchases from the app while…

I made few purchases from the app while they had free shipping. However, 2 purchases were bad, one incorrect size, the other horrible quality. I opened a case for a customer service. First thing they say is to contact seller. I tried contacting seller and got nowhere and in the meantime the time that Tise provided for "resolving the conflicts" with the seller, ran out. I think Tise should not ask customers to deal about the issue with the seller first but try to help right away. If someone made a purchase where the seller lied, the last thing you want is to have to contact the seller again and argue about items.

I am so sorry to hear that you have had some bad experiences using Tise. When an item has been reported in our app, you are given some different options in regards to resolving the situation. We always encourage our users to engage in a dialogue with the other party to see if you can come to an agreement together. This is not a demand from our side but merely a suggestion that we have found to be productive in most situations.

In the email you received from us after you reported an issue with an item, it is stated that you have 72 hours to get back to us with an update on the situation or the entire amount will be paid to the seller in accordance with our user agreement.

Just sold 1 item on Tise. It was easy and smooth. Plus point is that commission fee is reasonable.

UPDATE: after your sale is completed, it takes 6 business days to receive your payout. Therefore, one star is taken away. Tise should consider replacing Stripe with faster banking service.
