Promised a delivery date and did not follow through. And then the order was split into 2 orders which caused problems for me.

Bought tires from them. One is already dry rotted anywhere from 100 to 125 mi on it on my '79 Cadillac custom car. Having a hard time to get reimbursed. I've gave him everything even what the tire shop said. Tire shop is trying to help where I took it to and there a lot more more. More more after they've had everything tire shop. It says if they take the tire off the rim it will shred then my car has to sit probably for 3 to 6 weeks cuz I already been 4 weeks that I can't drive my car and these guys keep wanting more stuff repeatedly. Very terrible business and reimbursement won't even send me a tire. Won't do nothing and Tara was dated in 2023 and it's dry rotted along the whole side of it. Got put on August 9th. Went to the paint shop. Got out week of mother's Day weekend. Tire kept going low. Couldn't figure it out until we seen a dry rot when we took the rim off the car and seen it very bad customer service

Told me split delivery, not sure why 1 tire one day and other one 2 days later...

The tires came but this is not what I wanted. I wanted the whole wheel and rim like the picture showed. I just must have missed that the rim wasn’t included so I still gave 4 stars. My fault.

I had a 5-Star experience; But only gave a 4-Star because your site doesn't explain very well HOW do I get/arrange for installation. Cost me another $20 for installation at my local Discount Tires.

Do not buy from this place unless youblike being mislead with hidden fees that dont show up until youve placed and paid for your order. Then they wont refund the over charges. BEWARE!

Tires arrived in a timely manner, installed them and they are working well. Quality appears to be good. Price point was a great plus as well!

I have already done this 3 times. TiresEasy was not willing to work with us on providing a w9 so we can have it setup in our purchasing system to write a PO to buy things. Therefore this has put me in a bind and i will NEVER buy from TiresEasy again whether it be business or personal.

Found the tires I wanted at a good price and they were at my house 2 days later. First time using them and will again in the future.

Tires arrived early and both Monro Auto Service and Tire Service Centers were great. I had to switch from the first shop in Old Saybrook to the shop in Guilford because their tire machine broke. Both shops were excellent and very accomodating!

I received my order , but FedEx is trying to bill me another $300 shipping . Something about an appointment, I was told the day it was being delivered. I never made an appointment. So now total shipping will be around $800 . I would have been better off buying right from the tire store near me . This is ridiculous.
