The tires did not fit, proper size, bad tires. Because they were professionally mounted, i was told no on returns. Called several times, asked to speak to a supervisor but instead was informed they were ALL in a meeting but would call me within an hour. No call ever received. Very disappointed. Could have been great review, but the lack of knowledge about their product and terrible customer service post sale, i wish I could rate them less. I have 6 trailers, 7 mowers and a lot of vehicles. Tires easy will never get to sell me a tire for any of them again.

As a35+ certified Master Technician it is always so nice to have such a professional vendor for my clients needs. The delivery is so quick and always exactly as described. I had one issue (caused by me) and they handled the return and subsequent credit quickly. The pricing is very competitive

At first everything was great but what happened next kind of put a dissatisfied taste in my mouth. I purchased my tire with the extra warranty on it. I had it for a few months and had to replace it. I called and explained what happened and they told me I had to take pictures of the tire, any damage, tire tread and the order of the replacement. I didn't really understand the order picture of the replacement but ok no problem. I got a email confirming the approval of the warranty replacement. I never got notice of the refund price for the purchase of new tire so I called. I was informed that they would mail me a check in 6 to 8 weeks. I was hot!! I asked why couldn't they just refund the price of what I paid minus the price of the warranty I bought for the new tire. They just that was their process. So it's safe to say even though they have great prices on tires i will probably go somewhere else next time.

I finally got the tire after they went to the wrong address, my address is 3219 Through Street not 3319 Through. I clicked on the same tires sent before so I don’t understand how the address changed for the 1st order to the 2nd order!

Ordered and got the next day!!! Within 24 hours in hand!!! Extraordinary experience with this seller!!! Highly recommend for your tire desires!!! Had my tires in stock and shipped lightning-fast!!! 1. Tires Easy had the cheapest prices for my tires, and these are NOT cheap tires. So saving money was very greatly appreciated.
2. I was able to ship my 2 tires direct to the installation shop, never having to handle them myself. Awesome.
3. The site helped me find the cheapest (reputable) installation shop, book the install appointment, and prepay.

Frankly - this was the greatest experience I've ever had purchasing & installing new tires.

It was great! Still the cheapest tires around, even with the almost $10 packing fee.

There is a problem with communication between Tires Easy and the installation location which in this case was Pep Boys. They received my tire but there was no information on the label showing who it was for. They did not have my name anf they had no appointment scheduled for me even though your site showed that I was booked for an 11 AM installation on Monday. The manager of the Pep Boys said that purchases bought through Tires Easy routinely show up without the installer ever having been notified of the desired and booked appointment. To clarify, I had no appointment when I got there and they were about to send my tire back because they did not know who it was for.
