I went to get tires put on my vehicle and told them I would be keeping my 2 front tires., as noted on my receipt. When I come back to pick up the tires I was told they were gone. I spoke to the gm Nicholas, who was very rude and unprofessional. So I suggest NOT to do business with the tire kingdom at 7201 lake Andrews Dr. Melbourne Florida.
Very non courteous and rude people.

I had my alignment done at Tire Kingdom in Ormond Beach. The employee who worked on my car stole my Apple AirPods out of my center console and admitted it to the manager. When the manager confronted him, Bernard Lancaster was the thief. I have reached out to the store to talk to the GM, left my number twice, and emailed twice. I haven't gotten a response yet. I just received a call from the regional Manager, after calling corporate. He said his company's policy is not to replace anything left in the car. The alignment was done twice, and it still pulls to the left, so don't go here. Dishonest thief employee.

I HAVE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT TIRE KINGDOM HWY 77 LYNN HAVEN FL.THEY WERE ATTENTIVE AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE I BOUGHT 4 TIRES AND THEY WERE VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS

I went to Tire Kingdom of Panama City, FL and had no wait time and Laurel was very attentive and knowledgeable. She is a fantastic representative for your company. She makes you feel relaxed and does not try to force you to buy something you do not want or need. I certainly will tell people about this most positive experience and recommend that they go there. I have been to other stores that sell tires etc. and I have never been treated so well as the way Laurel treated me. I will return if needed in the future. She is an asset and needs to be recognized as such. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Nothing was done except trying to sell me a tire. My rotation never happened as apparently they dont have the tools to change a tire on a truck.

The Port Saint Lucie FL location on PSL Blvd never disappoints. Just yesterday we brought our son's car in for just an oil change and tire repair due to a nail. He also had his driver side bumper hanging off. When we came to pick up the vehicle my son screamed "dad they fixed the bumper". Yep they sure did and didn't charge us a dime for it. A special shout out to Alex Kirby who took it up on his self to do such a wonderful thing for our boy. We will be bringing in our Sorrento shortly. Thank you guys and special thank you to Alex!

Tire Kingdom on SR 52 in Hudson FL...Very Honest, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Very fair pricing and even offered Discounts! Explained everything and recommended future services the car may need. Thankful to Sean, who was Very nice! We will recommend them to friends and family!

I called and made an appointment for 1pm. What they don't say on the phone is their only promise is to see your car before they close. They suggested the 1pm appointment. I didn't suggest it. It's 2pm now and they can't tell me how much longer it will be. If I had been told it might be hours before they serviced my car, I could have made other plans. Now I am stuck. This is BAD customer service. If I had know after making a 1pm appointment that I might be here until 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7pm, do you think I would have made the appointment? Give me good & complete information so I could make an informed decision. When they pull a car into a service bay I know they maybe have no idea of what they are getting into in terms of time. BUT they should have an expected idea of time. Mavis is a big company. They must have protocols to use with customers. I think this one should be thought out better. The customer/consumer decides what good service is. Not Mavis or Tire Kingdom or whatever name they are operating under. I'm done with them. I will find an independent tire dealer to buy and obtain service from or a locally owned franchise who's owner cares and knows what good customer service is.

I brought my car into Tire Kingdom, on Congress Ave. in Delray Beach, to get my tire repaired. It got a nail in the tire and it was loosing air. David, the service manager told me that he could repair it with a patch within the hour. I left the care and walked to a nearby Duckin Donut to get an ice coffee. When I got back they were just finishing up my car. I've taken my car there before and they have always had great service. Thanks so much David.

I went to 1527 E Brandon Blvd in Brandon, FL to get a flat repair on Sunday. I showed up before they opened and Shelby let me in anyway and started my work order. Shelby is always professional and takes care of me and my vehicles with excellent work and reasonable pricing. Thank you Shelby for all you do!

I had a nail in one of my tires, they're service was quick. They informed me of other services I was getting ready to need, no hard sell, just when I was ready.

I went to tire kingdom to get my tires rebalanced at TK Merritt Island Fl and said that my car was not in the system. I got an oil change a week before at TK in Sanford Fl. And they balanced the tires and didn’t do a good job. Ever since Mavis took over I have had nothing but trouble with them. I bought the tires from TK with a life time balance

I have used this tire kingdom for years. Recently they were acquired by Mavis. Since then, they have changed out the entire trusted staff. Im a Mobile Mechanic with 4 vehicles. I found a leak in my wives tire and marked the location for the technician. I inspected all tires for tread depth and wear pattern. I decided to replace the tire because the nail was questionable close to side wall. I order the tire from their corporate phone line. When my wife brought the car to have tire installed she was told the tires were shredded. That she should replace them all. I told her to leave.
4 months before I had a nail in my tire. I marked the location and took in my truck. Sales guy comes out and tells me I need a new tire. I asked why, he said it's probably to close to the side wall. I told him I'm a mechanic and that I marked the tire for the technician. Sales guy walked back out and around the car. Returned and said it must have been a mistake.
I will no longer be using this Tire Kingdom

I went to Tire Kingdom today on Davis and Brad and his Team were extremely Helpful and very Professional. Thank you so much and I will definitely be referring my friends and Family here.

Terrific place. Great prices and they do a great job

We ran over a chunk of glass in the Home Depot parking lot on Tamiami Trail and our tire was quickly losing air. We called Tire Kingdom which happened to be across the street and told them what kind of tire we had and asked if they had time to look at ours. We made it over there with 5 psi left in the tire- basically riding on the rim. They were friendly, got us right in and we were on our way within an hour. Tat provided great customer service. The whole crew was helpful. They balanced the tires and checked the other three. Great overall experience.

A shout out to Gerald at the Naples shop!. He was extreemly honest, gave me very helpful advice, and did a great job troubleshooting my tire pressure gauge mystery (don’t forget the spare). He gave me a more than fair deal on replacing the sensors and double and triple checked his work in the end.

They are great! They are my go to for all of my vehicle needs. They're courteous and do a great job keeping you informed with what's going on. While you're waiting. I totally recommend them to everyone.

Luis at the Homestead store in S. Dixie Hwy had great customer service and was very detailed, thorough, quick and respectful.

Tire Kingdom Port Orange. Did a good job replacing front tires on BMW. Had to be specially ordered and the customer service notification was timely and installation same day. The location is nice with plenty of shops in walking distance. All employees seemed respectful and good attitude.
