This compony so bad.

They put you in a negative account, and even after you have deposited money into the account. You are required to cover the negative account and they do not return money for it. Any request you make they will say to send an email or that the relevant team is dealing with it. These are the only answers they know how to say, like a screwed up robot. And the most important thing I made a withdrawal to crypto on Wednesday evening of 2000 pounds, and I am currently on Friday evening. And I still have not received the funds. I am going to file a complaint with their securities authority
