Tinnitus treatment
l had tinnitus for 30 years, primarily due to too much deep sea diving. l was fortunate to work with a renowned ENT colleague who did all the intricate testing and was prescribed Betahistine ( to improve inner ear circulation )which was good initially with tinnitus at low volume 2 out of 10. Lately it got worst with severe vertigo and l started taking Prochlorperazine but it did not help. I then did the Inner Ear exercise which you can source at Ytube and it improved within a day. But l still have the tinnitus so l was very impressed with Dr. Micheal Rowe ytube channel which can give instant result with finger flicking on the 8th cranial nerve. There are a set of exercise from him that takes 20mins to do but very enjoyable . I always find American chiropractor doctors very experienced with easy instructions on the exercises.

There are many causes for tinnitus and the closest to look at are for example medication as painkillers and hypertensive drugs, ear wax or recent infection .
