I orderd a on september 29 a netetmo package with delivery estimated in 8 days. On october 19 still nothing. Each time i contact them i got a different person and an unprecised answer. I asked to cancell my order they say it is impossible because on it's way. But ups didn't receive anything. I just ask a professional answer. Either deliver product or reimburse.
