Absolutely fantastic company. My art supplies were carefully packaged and sent very quickly, I received them within a few days of my order. I needed to return a few items, called customer service and my issue was dealt with so efficiently and politely and it was no problem at all. Will definitely be using this company in future for my supplies!

I bought a gift voucher for one of their art workshops and, 24 hours before the class, realized that we couldn't attend because of an unexpected commitment. They told me they won't reschedule with less than 7 days notice since they had already bought the material for the class. I asked if it was possible to get a partial refund after deducting the amount they had already spent but the answer was: 'if you made a mistake, that is not our problem'.
Then, we found a friend that was interested in watercolour painting and could replace us in the class so that the voucher wouldn't go to waste. By that time (6pm) the shop was already closed so we couldn't give them a call. When she showed up for the workshop the following morning and explained the situation, they wouldn't let her take the class saying that we didn't agree on that in advance. Since it's just a voucher for a class, why does it matter who uses it?
Given the short notice I am okay with no refund, but I do not understand why a friend cannot take that class if we are unable to attend.
They can be really nice if they want to sell you something but don't care about customers as soon as they take your money. I wouldn't buy a pencil from them!

Delighted with my order from Tindalls. Great customer service, and I was able to choose an alternative paint when unfortunately one of the ones I selected became out of stock.

Excellent.
Delighted with my first order from Tindalls. I placed the order yesterday morning and received it just over 24 hours later. Prices are very reasonable and items were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be using them for my next pen/pencil order.
