I had breakfast at Redwater Tim's.

I had breakfast at Redwater Tim's this morning and suffered through some annoying techno music with echoes of constantly beeping appliances that none of the staff were interested in attending to. All in all, an unpleasant way to have the first meal of the day. I suggest takeout instead.

Tim Hortons Disappointing experience

I went to the Tim Hortons on 10221 170 street NE in Edmonton. So disappointed ☹️!! The place looked dirty every where I looked . The bathroom disgusting! When I told the clerk the bathroom was dirty she just mentioned that homeless people come and use it !! So sad standards are not kept anymore.

Drive Thru coffee, bad tasting …

Location : Neepawa, Manitoba
The coffee in the Drive Thru has been bitter and stale tasting . Went in the restaurant to order at the counter and saw they are using two tall commercial coffee urns, the type at large events for drive thru orders.
So, there is no “20 minute” coffee at the drive thru, very bad quality and bad customer service as they don’t care to serve fresh coffee at drive thru .
Now going to McDonald’s drive thru for coffee, much better quality coffee everytime !

Pay for a large get a medium…

I like your coffee and the staff at Park Royal are friendly (generally). Which is why its 2 stars and not 1. For some reason some of the staff members pour large coffees short, not sure why they do this unless they get an individual bonus for squeezing customers and over charging for a smaller coffee? I have enough to know what a large coffee is, the cup is large the coffee is medium, they must think customers are stupid. You're losing customers through this behaviour.

Startled, saddened and speechless

Shortly after I ordered despite no pre warning I was told that instead of receiving my customised choices of timbits I would be given whatever leftovers remained. I then watched the worker continue to pick timbits out of an open box on the counter that looked like it had been there for a while. As I waited I was taken back by a blaring alarm sounding as smoke rose from a machine but the workers seem unbothered indicating this is a regular occurrence. I was shocked when I witnessed a piece of euipment used for food dropped on the dirty trodden floor and picked up like it never happened. The workers called my number and I was left discombobulated at my lack of straw for my beverage. I was embarrassed as I scavenged for a straw. I picked up my items and hurriedly left as the alarm continued to ring concerning my fellow customers. When I opened my box of timbits I was outraged at the lack of variation. There were two type of extremely similar timbits neither of which I chose. I felt hopeless and distraught but the last straw was my CARAMEL iced latte tasting like it hadn’t even been in the same room as caramel. I was startled, saddened and speechless by this unprofessional experience despite my previous positive experiences so disappointed.

Used to go daily for coffee before work…

Used to go daily for coffee before work but I will never go there again. Substandard hygiene, incorrect orders, ignorant employees. You don't support Canadians. You don't hire Canadians. Why should we support you! Mr. Horton would roll in his grave if he knew what's happened to his coffee shop.

I used to go to Tim Hortons 2 to 3…

I used to go to Tim Hortons 2 to 3 times a day. Haven't been in over a year now. A maggot crawled out of my wrap at a st albert location. It has also been reported that 2 locations in Calgary had cockroaches and eggs were found in food. They also refuse to hire canadians and it has been shown that they hold Wedding services at certain locations and treat outside like its a mechanics shop. Tim hortons isnt Canadian anymore and the cleanliness is disgusting. Not what I used to know and love at all.

I visited Tim Hortons (4454 Innes road, Ottawa, Canada) at 9:35 pm for a coffee. However, the coffee served was not fresh as I expected! The cashier refused to brew fresh coffee and I left store with the served coffee and dumped it into the garbage.

Pathetic in every single possible way.

Pathetic in every single possible way.
Cant make a coffee to order, cups leak and ruin your clothes.
Even when there's 20 ppl on staff, one person does storefront AND makes all the drinks, after handling cash. While the line gets longer, they still keep 7 ppl on drive through. Even though they're bumping into each other crowded around the dt window, still only one person serving in store customers. While every other fast food place gets it right, tiM hOrToNs still just can't get it right. TIM HORTONS TRULY IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY. 1 STAR IS STILL TOO HIGH FOR THEM

DONT GO Tim Horton’s 5 Lakeland Blvd

Tim Horton’s 5 Lakeland Blvd - as we walked in to this location, one of the employee’s (Manpreet) came from behind the counter and demanded I move. No explanation, no please, no excuse me….she actually touched my husband’s shoulder and told him to get out of the way - we were at the counter to order!!! Absolutely unbelievable rudeness. My son was told - JUST WAIT when he was standing at the counter. Very impolite - then, after she left. Someone else came to serve us. Took our order and went away for over five minutes behind a wall with Manpreet and supposedly made our coffees….i was not sure whether they put something in our coffees or not. So I left without the coffees for my own health and safety. Awful, awful, awful…

I have never liked coffee

I have never liked coffee. That being said, after seeing videos of the things going on in various Tim Horton locations, I say I have no use for Tim Hortons, or any of its products.
Tim Hortons destroyed itself with
1) taking baking out of the stores
2)Using the FW program to lower wages and not hiring Canadians.
I used to drive a truck, and I got to the place that was supplying Flour to Tim Hortons. I used to walk into the shipping area there and see pallets of bags of flour labeled for the various Tim Horton locations. Then one day I walked in there, and the dock was nearly empty. I asked Did you folks lose the contract, and they said, " No, we just switched over to Tanker truck delivery, and it's all going to the Bakery in Brantford, Ontario."

I visited a number of Tim Horton…

I visited a number of Tim Horton locations in Mississauga and Toronto, and most recently, the coffee tasted like dirty water, there was more water than coffee .. it was disgusting. I am not sure, if some locations are using a different portion/formula to make the coffee, but they need to stop.

OK well today the server who waited on…

OK well today the server who waited on me was so very nice, she talked me into buying a smiley cookie. The coffee she made was perfect and the other server who made my sandwiches was also lovely and they were the best sandwiches I have had in some time. I know how hard and busy they work here and I appreciate getting served by someone who interacts with me and smiles. Thank you for the great experience.
