Great when you're just starting out

I run a small salon (just me and 2 others) and this system is helpful. I was kinda nervous to try something new, but it was easy to install and get going. Plus they gave me a free training session. I didn't feel lost at all after that, which is rare for me.
One thing that really stood out is the way you can set different access levels for staff. Like my front desk girl can see and do some staff, but not everything, and the stylist can only view what she needs. It keeps things organized.
Also gotta mention live chat support. I've used it a couple times, once when I couldn't figure out how to set up a new service, and another time when I accidentally deleted something. They replied immediately and fixed everything.
