Very professional and clear communication and the watch delivered on agreed date. A real pleasure to buy from Timepiece Bank!

I just bought a new Breitling Navitimer GMT from Timepiece Bank, and saved 20%+ on the typical prices advertised in regular jewelry stores. I was a bit skeptical at first as a €1300 discount is a lot, but a bit of research revealed that Timpiece Bank is indeed a reputable company with a very high Trustpilot rating, so I took the plunge.

The Breitling Navitimer I wanted was advertised on the Timepiece Bank website, but was not available in stock, meaning I had to go through the "request to purchase" process. It was only a couple of hours before I had a reply that my watch had been sourced, brand new with all documentation and full 5 year manufacturers warranty. I made a secure on-line purchase with credit card via the Timepiece Bank website - the transaction was smooth and effortless.

I did have some questions, and I contacted the company using the contact details published on the website. The company representative David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and patiently answered my questions initially on the phone, and follow up via Email.

A couple of things to be aware of:
1. There is an additional fee for making a credit card purchase. This is the fee that the credit card companies charge retailers for credit card transactions. Due to the extremely competitive prices offered by Timepiece Bank, this fee is not included in the price and is to be paid additionally by the buyer. Contact David if you have questions about this.
2. There is a shipping fee covering the insured and recorded delivery of the purchased item to your address. In my case, as I live near the business offices of Timepiece Bank, I made arrangements to pick up the watch in person. During my on-line purchase the shipping fee was automatically added to the invoice, but this fee was immediately refunded when I picked up the watch in person.

All in all, 10/10 for this company.

Super happy with my Grand Seiko through Timepiece Bank. Communications with Timepiece Bank throughout the entire process was very professional and positive. I honestly have nothing where I think they can improve. Keep this up, I will definitely return!

My short time experience: This watch does, what it should do >> there are any optical "whow effects" visibel, at the other side mechanical issues are not present.

Regarding the "optical" presence, please don`t by this watch for impressing (supporting) your personal life status !
>> This kind of "ongoing" (regarding just "impressing somebody") will fail, because this watch will present it`s "Refinements" just for "Experts"...........

I am impressed by this piece of craftmanship, and I am proud to own such a masterpiece !
