The jerks would not honor their own…

The jerks would not honor their own 100% money back guarantee! The supplement made me sick. When I emailed them that and asked to return it they would not respond. I bought it through PayPal and will document what happens. I would never deal with this business ever again!

They delete negative reviews!!

This company managed to get my previous review removed, but unfortunately it was a genuine review so here it is.
Pills are huge, customer service really poor.
I have an order number 438887, do not try to remove this review as well as I will keep going!

Mitopure gummy supply

I have had them ship me by USPS 3 times and the product is sent back every time.
I tell them I am in an unincorporated area and will pay for UPS or FedEx but they ignore me
Plus, they communicate very dumbly with no awareness of the problem and just respond with stereotyped messages.
To get any benefit from this product you have to have a secure, long term supply-period.

No Benefit

Easy to cancel subscription. Which was appreciated since after 3 months and over $300 in cost, there was no noticeable improvement in health, muscle strength, mental clarity, or any of the claimed benefits.

The prices on their website is a scam

The prices on their website is a scam. I bought and paid for a re-shipping service to the UK, then tried to order and the price went up right before the payment.

And not just the tax. It was supposed to be 200$+tax and then at the last moment the page reloaded to 240$+tax

What a scam!

If they were honest from the start, I would've searched for a US-based re-shipping service. As it is, they basically stole 40$ from me.

I honestly didn't notice a difference…

I honestly didn't notice a difference while taking this product and didn't plan on continuing to take it, but I forgot it was on subscription(thats on me). My second order arrived and I planned on returning it. When I contacted the company they did reply promptly, but only to explain there are no returns or refunds. This was extremely frustrating. There are many reputable companies who offer moneyback guarantees, refunds, and allow returns. Just trying to give people a heads up that Timeline is not one of them.

Terrible product, worse customer service

I tried their Mitopure powder supplement, I even purchased their 90 day supply. I was shocked at the terrible taste of the product. It was truly a bad experience, it mixes poorly and has a very bad flavor, I gagged trying to put it down. I contacted customer service to get an exchange for their pill version of the product but was told they wouldn’t exchange and that I should just take it as a shot or mix it in a smoothie. When I replied back I never got a response back. This is quite an expensive product that represents themselves as a credible brand, but it’s clear they are in it for a cash grab and don’t value long term customer retention.
