Just received my Sea Dweller 116600 and over the moon. Dealt with Joe remotely who was quick in responding and very courteous. They didn’t get payment till late in the day but still managed to send it out for next day delivery. Thank you.

Time Group London, specifically Luke and Joe, were amazing to work with. Very customer focused, available and responsive to all my questions. I live in America and this was my first experience purchasing a watch from overseas. These guys were patient with me as I did my due diligence on their company and the watch I was purchasing. Even with the time difference, they made themselves available after their normal business hours, to answer my calls and messages.

When it comes to the watch I purchased, they over-delivered! The watch was even better than the listing stated and the pictures showed! They tracked the watch’s journey through customs until it was delivered to me. And when it was delivered, they made sure I was happy with it - which I certainly am! This was a great experience and I look forward to future purchases with them!!!

If you want a great luxury watch at a fair price from a company that is customer focused, my personal recommendation is that you check out Time Group London before you make a purchase!

I bought a beautiful Cartier Santos from them this week. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I've been after one for a while, and they had one in excellent condition with the box and papers, and they had Cartier fit a new alligator strap. Their location is easy to reach by public transport, in a very nice area. The office is very smart and adds to the experience: no sales pressure, just somewhere comfy and quiet to sit while considering the watch. Joe let me try it on, including with the new strap correctly adjusted (remembering I hadn't bought the watch yet). I spent some time thinking. We negotiated a fair price. They were the cheapest in the world by a good margin, not just in the UK. I thoroughly recommend them and would use them again.
