I have been with Time Etc for just approaching 6 weeks and am grateful for their support. Cley, Client Happiness Manger is first class answering any questions, being supportive and checking in. Belinda, my Virtual Assistant is also fantastic, very supportive and has made a number of suggestions to make efficiencies with the objective of working towards a paperless system which would be a game changer for me as a solopreneur. An example of how Time Etc. quickly solved a need of mine was that, about a year in, I had a fantastic assistant who decided to return to full-time work. I have been using Time ETC for a number of months now. The initial set up was very quick and straight forward, and I was immediately matched to a number of VA's that could fit my task requests. I narrowed down my candidates, meet online, then after agreeing to take one on, and then we started working together quickly. Time ETC managed the process efficiently.
