They claim they have a friendly customer service that replies right away. That is not the case. Most of the time, no one replies. And when they do, you wish they hadn’t. I came across the most rude and dehumanising customer service worker who wouldn’t help but resorted to childish bullying and harassment. They went as far as making fun of disabled people.

And it wasn’t that great a site to begin with. You’re lucky if you earn five dollars in a month even with daily activity. After fees, you’ll barely have anything left. 40 hours of filling out surveys etc per month for under 5 dollars? Not worth it.

Most surveys on the site aren’t safe to fill out. They require you to allow them to track you and sell your personal details to whomever they see fit. Even after that and filling out their surveys, you may not get the reward. The site doesn’t care.

Time Bucks always pays; I work a long time with them and have never been without a payment, and it's automatic, I don't need to request payment, as it reaches some value, automatically it's transfered to my Pay Pal account

Sophia got my account disabled because she can't tell the difference between someone using a VPN vs actually being in the location. I'm annoyed because why would I be in the US using a VPN for another country when surely the US has better offers than said country? I was never gonna make millions on this but damn do better Timebucks.

Timebucks is relatively a good platform; they pay once you reach the payment threshold. However, I have noticed a pattern with a high frequency of chargebacks. You will just wake up and realise you have been given an unexplained chargeback.

I received my first payment. However, for subsequent payments, they kept me on hold for two months, saying it was pending. In total, they kept me on hold for almost 90 days. I no longer trust Timebucks. 👎

I was expecting 3.40$ into my airtm account only to see 3.15 in my account dis morning so what could be the cause. Is not easy now, do u people know how much I spent on data to perform task alone. Mtcheww
